비혼 남녀의 가족 전반에 대한 인식유형 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 젊은 세대의 가족 전반에 대한 주관적 인식유형을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 20-30대 비혼 남녀 30명을 대상으로 Q방법론을 활용하여 조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 가족에 대한 인식유형은 3개의 유형으로 나타났다. 1유형은 ‘명백한가족중심 – 포괄적 가족정책 추구형’으로 가족은 사회와 국가의 중요한 기본단위로서꼭 필요하며, 국가는 가족이 잘 기능하도록 포괄적으로 관여⋅개입하고, 필요한 정책을시행해야 한다고 인식하는 유형이다. 2유형은 ‘공동체적 가족중심 - 욕구대응 가족정책추구형’으로 혈연관계가 아니라도 믿고 의지하면 가족이라고 인식하며, 가정폭력 대응체계의 강화 및 돌봄 및 주거지원 정책의 확대를 요구하는 유형이다. 3유형은 ‘가족 내개인중심 – 최소관여 가족정책 추구형’으로 가족구성원으로서의 개인을 중요하게 인식하며, 가족에 대한 최소한의 국가개입을 요구하는 유형이다. 가족에 대한 인식유형을 토대로, 현대사회에서 급격한 변화를 경험하고 있는 가족을 위한 효과적인 정책 대응방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the subjective perception patterns of the younger generation s family as a whole. For this purpose, a survey was conducted using Q methodology targeting 30 unmarried men and women in their 20s and 30s. As a result of the analysis, there were three types of recognition types about family. Type 1 is clearly family-centered - pursuing comprehensive family policy , which recognizes that the family is essential as an important basic unit of society and the state, and that the state should comprehensively engage and intervene and implement necessary policies so that the family can function well. Type 2 is a ‘community family-centered-pursue family policy that responds to needs’. It is a type that recognizes that it is a family if it is trusted and relied on, even if it is not related by blood, and demands reinforcement of the domestic violence response system and expansion of care and housing support policies. Type 3 is ‘individual-centered within the family – pursuing family policy with minimum involvement’, which recognizes the individual as a family member as important and requires minimal state intervention in the family. Based on the type of perception of family, effective policy response plan for families experiencing rapid change in modern society is presented.
