핀란드 고등학교 음악과 교육과정 핵심내용과 교과목의 특징이 한국 고교학점제에 주는 시사점

국문 초록

고교학점제는 자기주도적인 미래사회인재양성을 위한 교육정책중 하나이다. 학생중심교육의 일환으로써, 한국의 고교학점제가 부분 시행되고 있는 현시점에서 해외의 사례를 고찰할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 미래역량함양에 기반 한 학점 제도를 운영하고 있는 해외 사례 중 핀란드 2019 음악과 교육과정의 문서를 탐색하여, 학점제에 따른 교육과정 운영과 교과목편제의 특징을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 한국의 고교학점제에 주는 시사점을 도출하고자한다. 해외의 사례 중 핀란드는 공교육에 대한 신뢰도와 사회적인식이 높고, 사교육의 여건도 한국의 환경과 차이가 있다. 그리고 음악교수·학습은 문화적 다양성에 대한 존중과 공동체안에서 음악적 소통을 할 수 있는 능력 향성을 추구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 핀란드 음악과 교육과정을 탐색하여 한국의 고교학점제에 따른 음악교과의 방향과 시사점을 도출하였다. 학점제로의 변화가 필요했던 핀란드의 사회적 배경과 교육정책도 한국과 비교하여 논하였고, 핀란드 교육개혁의 사회배경과 관련된 교육부 보도자료, 정책보고서 등을 조사하여 한국과 핀란드의 교육과정관련 연구보고서들을 문헌 분석하였다. 이에 핀란드 2019 교육과정의 문서를 중심으로 나타나는 음악과 교과목편제의 특징이 한국의 고교학점제의 주는 시사점을 제시하였고 음악교과의 방향에 관한 쟁점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

It is necessary to consider the overseas cases of the conversion to the credit system in Korea, which is part of the high school credit system. The Korean high school credit system is being implemented as part of‘learner-centered’education that can prepare for the future society and contribute to self-directed learning, self-regulated learning. Therefore, this study explores the documents of the Finnish 2019 music curriculum among overseas cases that operate a credit system based on cultivating future competencies, analyzing that the characteristics of which the curriculum is being implemented organization, based on the credit system. And also music instruction pursues respect for cultural diversity and the capability to communicate musically. Those are differentiated from that of Korea.Accordingly, this study explored the Finnish music education curriculum to derive implications and issues for preparing a response to music in accordance with the implementation of Korea s high school credit system policy. Finland s social background and education policy, which required a change to the credit system, were also discussed in comparison with Korea, and the Ministry of Education s press releases and policy reports related to the social background of Finnish education reform were investigated and research reports related to the Korean and Finnish curriculum were reviewed through literature analysis. Accordingly, the characteristics of music and subject organization, centered on the documents of the Finnish 2019 curriculum, suggested implications for‘Korean high school credit system’and issues related to the direction of response with music subject.
