불교 유아교사를 위한 자율장학 모형 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 자율장학에 대한 불교 유아교육기관 교사의 인식과 불교사상을 중심으로 한 불교적 자율장학 모형 개발의 요구를 조사함으로써, 이를 통하여 불교유아교사의 교사상(敎師像) 확립과 전문성 개발 및 학습의 질을 높일 수 있는 자율 장학에 대한 긍정적인 인식의 전환 그리고 자율장학의 방법을 불교 유아교육과정, 사섭법, 팔정도, 수기설법, 육바라밀 사상에 기초하여 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울의 불교 유아교육기관 40개소(유치원 9개소, 어린이집 31개소)에 근무하는 교사를 대상으로 질문지 우편 조사를 실시하였으며, 총 280부의 질문지가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 분석 결과로, 불교 유아교육기관 교사로서의 전문성 향상에 도움을 주는 불교적 자율장학은 필요하며, 이것의 실천 방법으로는 무엇보다도 불교 유아교육 프로그램의 바탕을 이루는 불교사상 중심 자율장학 모형개발이 선행되어야 함을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study researches the recognition of teachers who work in the buddhist infant institutes on autonomous supervision and their needs for the modeling of buddhist autonomous supervision based on the Buddhism. The goal is, first to establish exemplary teacher in the buddhist infant institutes. Second, this study provides teachers of new understanding for autonomous supervision which could develope their professionalism and enhance quality of teaching. Third, this study suggests the method of buddhist autonomous supervision, framing around the buddhist curriculum, Four All-embracing(bodhisattva) Virtues(Catu-sagraha-vastu), the Noble Eightfold Paths, teaching according to the capacities of the sentient beings, and Six Pramits.We conducted a questionnaire survey of teachers who have worked for 40 buddhist infant institutes in Seoul(9 kindergartens, 31 childcare centers) by sending them inquiry mails. And we collected 280 questionnaires and used them for the analysis. As a result, the outcome shows the need of buddhist autonomous supervision that could help develope the teachers as a instructor in the buddhist infant institutes. As well, we concludes it would be necessary, most of all, to model the buddhist autonomous supervision in order to support the buddhist education.
