장애인의 음주행동 변화유형과 예측요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인의 음주행동에 대한 변화성과 이질성을 고려하여 시간의 흐름에 따라 나타나는 변화유형을 확인하고, 이에 영향을 미치는 예측요인들을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 장애인 고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 1차 조사부터 4차 조사까지를 활용하여 총 3301명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 잠재계층성장분석을 통해 장애인의 경제적 음주행동 변화유형을 확인하였으며, 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 각 유형에 따른 예측요인들의 영향력은 검증하였다. 연구결과 장애인의 음주행동 변화유형은 중도음주시작집단, 중도음주감소집단, 간헐적 음주지속집단, 비음주집단, 음주지속집단으로 분류되었으며, 성별, 연령, 경제활동, 일상생활스트레스, 건강상태, 흡연여부, 장애유형, 장애정도 및 차별이 통계적으로 유의미한 예측요인으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인의 건강관리 및 건전한 음주문화가 형성될 수 있도록 차별화되고 구체적인 대응방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the types of changes that appear over time, taking into account the variability and heterogeneity of drinking behavior of the disabled, and to identify predictive factors that influence them. To this end, a total of 3301 people were analyzed using the 2nd Wave 1st to 4th survey of Panel Suvey of Employment for the Disabled. As an analysis method, the types of changes in economic drinking behavior of the disabled were identified through the analysis of potential class growth, and the influence of predictive factors according to each type was verified through multinomial logistic regression analysis. As a result of the study, the type of change in drinking behavior of the disabled was classified into moderate drinking start group, moderate drinking reduction group, intermittent drinking continuation group, non-drinking group, and drinking continuation group. And gender, age, economic activity, daily life stress, health status, smoking status, disability type, disability degree and discrimination were identified as statistically significant predictors. Based on these research results, differentiated and specific countermeasures were suggested so that health management of the disabled and a healthy drinking culture could be formed.
