국문 초록

《中华人民共和国体育法》（以下简称体育法）已经颁布实施十年了。体育法的颁布和实施填补了国家在体育领域立法的一项空白，结束了体育事业无法可依的历史。十年来，体育法对体育事业逐步走上法制化轨道，实现持续、健康、全面发展提供了坚实的保障，并起到巨大的推动作用。但随着市场经济的发展和体育体制改革的深入进行，体育法中的一些规定已显笼统或者过时，甚至出现了某些领域的空白，难以适应体育事业发展和体育管理工作的需要，阻碍了依法治体的步伐。因此，必须适时修改体育法并加强重点配套法规建设，为体育发展更好地提供法律保障。

영문 초록

The Law of The People’s Republic of China on Physical Culture and Sports (hereinafter referred as The Sports Law) has been effective for 10 years. Its promulgation and enforcement filled up the vacancy of national legislation on sport. However, as the development of market economy and reform of the sports administration, some of the stipulations of The Sports Law are turning out to be out of date or no more effective on certain area. This indeed can not meet the requirements on the development of sport and modern sports administration. Therefore, it is necessary and important enough to make certain amendments to The Sports Law, and to make more legislation on specific subjects pertinent to sport.
