국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화가족정책을 분석하고 분석을 통해 나타난 정책의 한계와 대응방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에, 정책분석틀 중 하나인 Gilbert와 Terrell의 틀을 분석도구로 활용하였다. 정책분석의 결과 다문화가정의 구성원 간의 문화수용정도와 외국인 혼인자의 사회,경제적 권리확보가 정책에 요구되었다. 또한, 다양한 가족유형과 구성원의 특성을 반영한 정책을 실천하기 위해서 공공기관과 민간기관의 연계를 통한 욕구조사와 다문화가족구성원 당사자의 시민참여가 필요하다는 점에 근거하여 현재 시행중인 다문화가족정책에서 당사자의 욕구반영과 접근성에 대한 비판을 하였다. 그리고 다양한 주체와의 참여를 통해 구성원의 문화적 특성이 수용되며 사회,경제적 권리가 확보되어야 함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze multicultural family policies and present the limitations and countermeasures of policies that have been shown through analysis. Thus, the frameworks of Gilbert and Terrell, one of the policy frameworks, were used as analytical tools. As a result of the policy analysis, the policy required the degree of cultural acceptance among members of multicultural families and the securing of social and economic rights of foreign marries. In addition, it criticized the need to reflect the needs and accessibility of the parties in the multicultural family policy based on the need for public and private institutions to participate in policies that reflect various family types and characteristics. It was suggested that cultural characteristics of members should be accepted and social and economic rights should be secured through participation with various subjects.
