몽골 대학생의 사회인식과 복지태도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지정책을 구축하고 있는 몽골의 사회복지 현황을 파악하기 위해 몽골 대학생의 사회인식과 복지태도, 이 둘의 관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 2020년 9월 28일부터 몽골에 있는 4개 대학에 재학 중인 242명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 몽골 대학생의 정치인식은 진보보다는 보수 경향이 높은 것으로, 경제인식은 성장지향과 분배지향이 비슷한 수준으로 나타났으며, 공동체 인식은 높게, 복지태도, 복지증세 수용, 정부역할 확대는 낮게 나타났다. 또한 정치인식, 경제인식, 공동체인식은 복지 태도에 유의미하지 않았지만, 공동체인식이 복지태도의 하위 요소인 정부역할 확대에는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로 몽골 사회복지정책에 함의를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the relation between social perception and welfare attitude of Mongolian university students, in order to understand the current welfare status of Mongolia that is seeking for the establishment of social welfare policy. For this, an online survey was conducted targeting total 242 students enrolled in four universities in Mongolia from September 28th 2020. In the results of the analysis, the political perception of Mongolian university students showed the higher conservative tendency than the progressive tendency. In the economic perception, the growth orientation and distribution orientation were shown in the similar level. The community perception was highly shown while the welfare attitude, acceptance of welfare tax increase, and expansion of governmental role were low. Also, even though the political perception, economic perception, and community perception were not significant on the welfare attitude, the community perception had negative effects on the expansion of governmental role. Based on such results, this study suggested the implications of social welfare policy of Mongolia.
