성별에 따른 대학생의 성인불안애착과 이성관계만족도의 관계에서 정서조절양식의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 성별에 따른 대학생의 성인불안애착과 이성관계만족도와의 관계에서 정서조절양식의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 인천, 광주, 부산 지역에 소재한 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 342명의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21과 AMOS 21을 사용하여 성별 변수 간 차이검증을 위한 독립집단 t검증, 상관분석, 연구모형 적합도 검증을 위한 구조방정식 모형분석 및 간접효과 확인을 위한 Bootstrapping 분석을 실시했다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인불안애착은 여학생이 남학생보다 더 높았으며, 능동적 정서조절양식은 남학생이 여학생보다 더 많이 사용하였다. 둘째, 남학생과 여학생의 성인불안애착이 이성관계만족도와 부적상관을 보였다. 남학생은 성인불안애착이 회피-분산적, 지지추구적 정서조절양식과 부적상관을, 여학생의 성인불안애착은 능동적 정서조절양식과 부적상관, 회피-분산적 정서조절양식과 정적상관을 보였다. 또한 남학생의 이성관계만족도와 능동적, 지지추구적 정서조절양식은 정적상관, 회피-분산적 정서조절양식은 부적상관을 보였으며, 여학생의 이성관계만족도와 회피-분산적 정서조절양식이 부적상관을 보였다. 셋째, 남학생의 경우 성인불안애착과 이성관계만족도 간의 관계에서 정서조절양식의 매개효과가 유의하지 않았으나 여학생의 경우 회피-분산적 정서조절양식이 완전매개하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점을 논의하고 추후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study verified the mediating effects of emotional control modalities in the relationship between adult attachment anxiety and satisfaction of romantic relationship among male and female college students. To this end, a survey was conducted on college students attending a four-year university, and a total of 342 people were used for the final analysis. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 21 and AMOS 21 to independent samples t-test, correlation analysis, structural equation model analysis, bootstrapping analysis. The findings were as follows. First, Adult attachment anxiety was higher among female students than male students, and active emotional control was used by male students more than female students. Second, Adult attachment anxiety in both male and female students was related to romantic relationship satisfaction and negatively correlated. Male students’ adult attachment anxiety showed avoidance-distraction way and positively correlations, support-seeking way and negatively way, and female students’ adult attachment anxiety showed active way and misalignment, avoidance-distraction way and negatively correlations. also, Male students’ Romantic Relationship Satisfaction, active way and support-seeking way showed positively correlated, and avoidance-distraction way showed negatively correlated. Female students’ Romantic Relationship Satisfaction and avoidance-distraction way showed negatively correlated. Third, male students showed no significant mediating effect of emotion regulation style in the relationship between adult attachment anxiety and satisfaction of romantic relationship, but in female students, avoidance distributed emotion control style showed complete mediating effect. Finally, we discuss the importance and limitations of this study and propose further studies.
