초등학교 체육교과 비대면 교육실습에 대한 경험 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 2020년 비대면으로 실시된 초등학교 교육실습에서 예비교사들이 경험한 것들을 체육교과를 중심으로 분석한 것이다. 연구는 질적 연구 방법을 사용하여 진행되었으며, 자료의 분석에는 현상학적 연구분석 4단계와 요인별 관계성 분석이 사용되었다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 당국에서는 실습 기간 중 특정 과목의 보강을 하거나 시험을 보는 등의 학사 운영을 지양하여 예비교사들이 실습에만 전념할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 둘째, 체육교과에 대한 교육실습을 강화하여 예비교사들이 현장의 교사로 배출되었을 때 양질의 체육 수업을 진행할 가능성을 높여 주어야 한다. 셋째, 비대면 실습 시에도 온라인으로 예비교사와 학급 학생들이 자주 만날 수 있게 하여 서로 간의 레포를 형성할 수 있게 도와주어야 한다. 넷째, 실습학교가 실습 교사를 선발할 때 체육교과의 전문성을 가진 교사들을 최소 한 명이상 지도교사 혹은 협력교사로 참여케 하여, 실습생들을 지도하게 하여야 한다. 다섯째, 대면과 비대면 방식을 탄력적으로 사용한 실습을 운영해야 한다. 여섯째, 대학에서의 체육교과 관련 온라인 수업을 강화하여 예비교사들의 온라인 체육 수업 역량을 강화시켜 주어야 한다.

영문 초록

This 2020 study analyzes the experiences of prospective teachers in elementary schools education practices conducted with non-face-to-face methods. The study was conducted using qualitative research methods, and four stages of phenomenological research analysis and factor-specific relationship analysis were used in the analysis of the data. The results of the study are as follows: First, university authorities should avoid academic operations such as reinforcement of certain subjects or taking tests during the practice period so that prospective teachers can concentrate on the practice. Second, university authorities should strengthen educational practice for physical education classes to increase the possibility of conducting high quality sports classes when prospective teachers are discharged as teachers into the field. Third, even during non-face-to-face practice, prospective teachers and class students should be able to meet often online to help form a rapport with each other. Fourth, when a practical school selects a practical teacher, it should have at least one teacher with expertise in the physical education department participate as a tutor or cooperative teacher to guide the trainees. Fifth, practice using flexibly both face-to-face and non-face-to-face should be included in the training. Sixth, it is necessary to strengthen the teaching ability of prospective teachers in physical education classes by strengthening the online physical education classes at universities.
