국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대학생의 내면화된 수치심이 대인관계 문제에 미치는 영향에서 자기용서를 통한 정서표현 양가성의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구를 위해 국내 대학생 510명을 대상으로 내면화된 수치심 척도, 대인관계문제 척도, 정서표현 양가성 척도, 자기용서 척도에 응답하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 및 Process Macro을 사용해 매개효과와 조절효과 그리고 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석한 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서표현 양가성은 내면화된 수치심과 대인관계 문제의 관계에서 부분매개 효과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 내면화된 수치심이 정서표현 양가성에 미치는 영향에서 자기용서의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 셋째, 내면화된 수치심이 대인관계 문제에 영향을 미칠 때 정서표현 양가성이 매개효과를 지니며, 이 간접효과를 자기용서가 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 바탕으로 상담에서의 적용방안에 대하여 살펴보고, 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediating effect of self-forgiveness through ambivalence over emotional expressiveness on the association between internalized shame and interpersonal problems. For this purpose, the data were collected from 510 college students in South Korea through online surveys. The data were analyzed by means of SPSS 22.0 for inter-relational analysis and its Process Macro in order to verify the moderating effect, mediating effect, and moderated mediating effect. The results showed the followings. First, the simple mediating model showed that an association between internalized shame and interpersonal problems was partially mediated by ambivalence over emotional expressiveness. Second, a self-forgiveness moderated the effect of internalized shame on ambivalence over emotional expressiveness. Third, a self-forgiveness also moderated the mediating effect of internalized shame on interpersonal problems through ambivalence over emotional expressiveness. Finally, based on the results of the study, the application method in consultation was reviewed and the significance and limitations of this study and suggestions on future research were discussed.
