유아교사용 그릿 척도(Grit Scale) 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사용 그릿 척도를 개발하고, 타당도를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 예비문항 추출을 위해 국내외에서 발행된 그릿 관련 선행연구와 문헌들을 고찰했으며, 내용 타당도를 검증하였다. 선정된 예비문항은 부산, 경남 지역의 유아교사 355명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종문항 선정을 위해 수집된 설문 응답 자료를 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과 흥미지속(7문항), 끈기(7문항), 열정(6문항)의 3개의 하위요인으로 구성된 총 20문항의 유아교사용 그릿 척도가 개발되었다. 개발된 척도의 타당화를 위해서 전국 15개 지역의 현직 어린이집과 유치원 교사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 350부의 자료를 확인적 요인분석을 실시하고 공인타당도 검증(Grit-O 척도, 교사효능감 척도, 직무스트레스 척도와의 상관분석), 예언타당도(삶의 만족도 척도, 소진 척도와의 상관분석, 중다회귀분석 및 단순회귀분석)를 실시하여 타당도를 검증하였으며, 그 결과 개발된 척도는 3요인의 20문항이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a grit scale for early childhood teachers and to verify the validity., For the preliminary questions extraction, the previous studies and literature related to grit published both inside and outside the country were examined. The content validity was confirmed. The selected preliminary questions were surveyed by 355 early childhood teachers in Busan Gyeongnam area. The survey data collected for the final question selection were exploratory factor analysis and reliability verification. As a result, a total of 20 questions, consisting of three sub-factors of interest persistence (7 questions), persistence (7 questions), and passion (6 questions), were developed for early childhood teachers... For the validity of the scale, a survey was conducted on current daycare centers and kindergarten teachers in 15 regions across the country. 350 participants ‘ survey data was analyzed. The confirmatory factor analysis was conducted, and the validity was confirmed by conducting the authoritative validity test (Grit-O scale, teacher efficacy scale, correlation analysis with job stress scale) and the prophecy validity test (life satisfaction scale, correlation analysis with burnout scale, multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis). As a result, 20 items of 3 factors were found to be appropriate. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
