수퍼비전 작업동맹에 대한 국내외 연구 동향: 1983년～2019년까지

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내외에서 수퍼비전 작업동맹을 변인으로 한 논문들을 중심으로 수퍼비전 작업동맹 연구의 동향과 관련 변인과의 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 국내 28편, 국외 39편의 학술지 및 학위논문에 대해 연구주제, 연구대상, 연구 방법, 연구 변인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 다른 변인들과의 영향 관계를 살펴본 과정연구가 국내 60.7%, 국외 61.5%로 높게 나타났고, 과정변인이 성과에 미치는 영향을 본 과정성과연구가 그다음으로 많았다. 연구 방법은 국내·외 94.6%의 연구에서 양적 방법을 사용하였고, 수퍼비전 작업동맹을 측정하기 위한 척도로는 WAI와 SWAI가 주로 활용되었다. 수퍼비전 작업동맹과 함께 연구된 변인으로는 수퍼바이지 관련 변인이 국내 92.6%, 국외 67.6%로 높게 나타났으며, 다음으로 수퍼바이저 관련 변인, 수퍼비전 관련 변인 순으로 연구가 진행되었다. 수퍼비전 작업동맹과 관련 변인 간의 영향 관계를 살펴본 결과, 수퍼비전 작업동맹이 독립변인, 종속변인, 매개변인인 경우와 수퍼비전 작업동맹과 관련 변인 사이에 매개변인이 존재하는 경우의 총 4가지로 나눌 수 있었다. 각각의 경우에서 수퍼비전 작업동맹이 관련 변인과 어떠한 영향관계를 갖는지를 분석하였다. 마지막으로, 수퍼비전 작업동맹 연구 동향에 대한 분석 결과를 토대로 추후 연구의 방향에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the relationship between the supervision working alliance research trends and the related variables, focusing on Korean and international studies with the supervision working alliance as a variable. Research topics, subjects, methods, and variables were analyzed in 28 Korean and 39 international journals and dissertations. As a result, process studies that looked at the influence relationship with other variables were the most, followed by process-outcome studies that looked at the effects of process variables on the outcome. A quantitative method was used in most studies, and WAI and SWAI were mainly used to measure the supervision working alliance. Supervisee-related variables were the most common variables studied with the supervision working alliance, followed by supervisor-related variables and supervision-related variables. As a result of examining the influence relationship between the supervision working alliance and related variables, it could be divided into four categories: cases where the supervision working alliance was an independent variable, a dependent variable, a mediating variable, and the case where a mediating variable exists between the supervision working alliance and related variables. In each case, we analyzed how the supervision working alliance had an impact on related variables. Lastly, based on the results of the analysis, the direction of future research is suggested.
