진로미결정 대학생의 비대면 개인 진로상담 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 진로미결정 대학생의 비대면 개인 진로상담 경험에 대한 의미와 본질을 탐색하고자 하는것이다 본 연구는 의 현상학적 연구방법을 활용하였다 본 연구를 . Giorgi(2004) . 위해 진로미결정 대학생 5명을 연구 참여자로 선정하고 1:1 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 COVID-19로 인해 대면이 어려운 관계로 비대면 전화면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 이남인(2014)인 제시한 5단계 절차를 토대로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 165개의 의미단위를 확보하였고 최종 14개의 도출 주제와 5개의 본질적 주제로 구성되었다. 경험의 구조는 우연한 만남의 시작, 진로상담에 대한 긍정적 인식, 덫에 걸린 ‘나’발견, 털어놓기와 심리적 안녕감 증진, 우연한 관계 경험 속에서 새롭게 발견한 ‘나’로 나타났다. 본 연구는 연구 결과를 기초하여 진로미결정 대학생의 개인 진로상담에 대한 의의와 제한점 그리고 추후 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning and essence of non-face-to-face personal career counseling experience of career Indecision college students. This study utilized the phenomenological research method of Giorgi (2004). For this study, 5 indecision college students were selected as research participants, and data were collected through 1:1 in-depth interviews. Data were collected through a non-face-to-face telephone interview due to the COVID-19. The collected data was analyzed based on the 5-step procedure suggested by Lee(2014). The results of the analysis identified 165 semantic units, 14 derived themes, and 5 essential theme were composed. The structure of experience is the start of happenstantial encounter, positive awareness of career counseling, recognizing ‘myself’ in a trap, opening up and promoting psychological well-being, ‘myself’ newly awarenessed in a happenstantial relationship experience. This study discussed the significance and limitations of personal career counseling for indecision college students based on the research results. And we discussed further research.
