국문 초록

본 연구의 대상은 D광역시 초등학교 5학년, 6학년 학생 중에서 뇌파 및 두뇌활용능력 측정을 희망하는 학생을 대상으로 D광역시 5개 지역의 인구수, 초등학생 학년, 성별 등을 고려한 유층표집을 실시하여 100명을 선정한 후, 스마트브레인(Smart Brain) 기기로 뇌파 및 두뇌활용능력을 측정하였다. 본 연구는 뇌파 및 두뇌활용능력 검사 결과에 따른 초등학생 내담자의 전체 경향성 및 성별, 학년별 경향성을 분석하기 위해 빈도 및 백분율(%)을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주관적인 설문 형식 또는 자기보고식으로 내담자 유형을 탐색하기보다는 뇌파 및 두뇌활용능력 검사 등과 같이 과학적이고 객관적인 검사도구를 활용할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 뇌파 및 두뇌활용능력 검사를 통해 도출된 내담자 유형이 다르기 때문에, 상담자는 내담자 유형별 특징을 제대로 파악하고 그에 적합한 상담 전략을 실시할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 결론을 토대로 향후 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구는 100여명을 대상으로 뇌파 및 두뇌활용능력 검사를 실시하였기 때문에, 좀 더 많은 연구대상자를 확보하고 뇌파 및 두뇌활용능력 검사를 실시하여 일반화할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 내담자 유형별 특징을 파악하고 그에 적합한 상담 전략을 탐색하기 위해 양적 연구 외에도 심층면담 등 질적 연구를 병행할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore coaching-counseling model, principle, and strategy using brain wave and brain utilization ability test. Among the 100 elementary school students who conducted brain wave and brain utilization test, 14 people who were the most derived type, cognitive strength in the middle, cognitive speed in the low, concentration in the middle, and stress in the middle, were interviewed in depth. In particular, in order to develop a coaching-counseling model using brain wave and brain utilization ability test, the collected recorded data were analyzed to be nomadic and categorized, and common characteristics were derived for each coaching counseling step(initial, mid-term, and final). A draft coaching-counseling model using brain wave and brain utilization ability test developed through such in-depth interview was modified and supplemented by expert validity evaluation to develop a final model. By presenting a conclusion based on the results of this study, it can be summarized as follows. First, through brain wave and brain utilization ability test, depending on the stage of coaching-counseling, an objective coaching-counseling can be conducted in a brain science. Second, coaching-counseling model, principle, and strategy using brain wave and brain utilization ability test can not only solve personal problems in the present or past, but also lead changes and growth in the future.
