4차산업혁명에대응하는 노인복지교육에 관한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

우리 사회의 모든 명역에 영향을 미치고 있는 4차 산업혁명은 노인복지시설에도 파급되어 노인돌봄서비스의 변화를 가져올 것으로 예상한다. 본 연구에서는 노인복지시설 종사자들 이 4차 산업혁명을 어떻게 인식하고 있고 이에 대비해 어떤 교육이 필요한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 따른 조사방법은 크게 두 가지 방빕으로 수행되었다. 양적 조사방법으로 노인 복지시설 종사자의 4차 산업혁명 인식과 교육내용을 알아보기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였 고, 이를 토대로 노인복지전문가에게 노인복지시설에서의 4차 산업혁명 영향과 그에 필요 한 교육내용에 대한 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 노인복지시설 사자들은 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인지도가 높지 않았고, 이와 관련 된 단어에 대해 로봇과 서비스, IoT(사물인터넷), 인공지능과 의사결정 순으로 응답하였다. 희망하는 교육영역은 고령친화산업, 바이오 - 의료기기, 외식산업 등의 순으로 응답하였고, 전문능력을 많이 준비해야 한다고 품답하였다. 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인지도에서는 학력 에 따른 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 근무분야에 미칠 영향에 대해서는 근무형태에서, 이직관 련 준비에서는 학력과 시설유형에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 양적 조사를 토대로 한 전문 가의 심충인터뷰에서는 1차 산업혁명의 영향으로 지역사회를 중심으로 하는 재가노인복지 서비스가 더욱 활성화될 것을 전망하였고, 돌봄로불과 스마트기기에 의한 돌봄을 전망하였 다. 또한 노인복지시설 종사자에게 필요한 교육은 사례맞춤식 인지재활교육, 치매특화교육, 그리고 케어매니저의 역할을 제시하였다. 위의 내용을 바탕으로 1차 산업혁명에 대응하는 노인복지시설 종사자를 위한 노인전문돌봄교육을 제안하였다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 시사 점과 후속연구를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The fourth industrial revolution affecting all areas of our society will bring the change of elderly welfare service. This study investigated that how workers for elderly welfare are aware of the fourth industrial revolution and what education is required and prepared for it. This study was conducted in two ways. As a quantitative survey method, the survey was conducted to find out awareness about fourth industrial revolution and educational contents required by workers for elderly welfare. Based on this result, it conducted an in-depth interview with elderly welfare experts about effect of fourth industrial revolution on elderly welfare and educational contents they needed. As a result of this study, workers for elderly welfare had a low level of awareness about fourth industrial revolution and these respondents had a high response rate with robot and service, IoT(the Internet of things), and Al(artificial intelligence) and making decision as words related to fourth industrial revolution, Respondents preferred to leam senior-friendly industry, bio of medical devices and food service industry in order and realized that professional capability should be built up. There was significant difference in cognition degree about fourth industrial revolution accorcling to academic career, Respondents expected that the most affected areas are working pattem. With career development and preparation for changing job, there was also significant difference in academic career and facility type, From in-depth interviews of experts, it was expected that community care services for the elderly based on local community will be boosted by the effect of fourth industrial revolution and also robot and smart device will be widely used for caring them, Furthermore, it was suggested that education needed to workers for elderly welfare is learning cognitive rehabilitation instruction on a case-by-case basis, specialized skills of dementia, role of care manager, Finally, this study discussed registration point on the basis of study finding and a follow up study
