영문 초록

As the interest of local informatization is getting more important in our society, the importance of localinformatization is increasing. In spite of our efforts to develop local informatization in formally localinformation, there remains incredulity.The purpose of this study was to provide an alternative approach to local information in order toadvance its effectiveness. First, we analyzed the objectives, contents, and methods of current localinformation implemented by formal as well as in-formal situation. Second, reviewed the changes of localinformation paradigm from once to local information age one. Third, the problems and limitations ofprevious local informatization in the process were specialized. Forth, alternative approaches by applyinglocal information were provided to utilized the effectiveness of local information. Finally, the strategies ofalternative approach were suggested for future local informatization.
