국문 초록

본 연구는 유아 신체활동 활성화를 위한 실내놀이 공간분석 연구로 유아 신체발달에 영향을 주는 물리적 환경인 공동 놀이실 및 강당의 현황분석을 통해 신체활동공간의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 경기도 S시에 국공립, 법인 외, 직장, 민간어린이집 중 무작위로 153곳을 선정하여 공동놀이시설과 강당 등 실내 신체활동 공간의 현황을 조사하였다. 연구방법은 SPSS 20.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석을 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 미세먼지 또는 황사 발생 시 유아 신체건강 증진을 위한 실내 대근육 활동 공간 또는 강당 공간이 부족하다. 둘째, 49인 이하 민간어린이집의 강당 설치 현황은 22곳 중 0곳으로 0.00%이다. 결론적으로 유아들이 실내에서도 활동적인 놀이가 충분히 이루어질 수 있도록 실내놀이 공간의 확대가 필요하며, 이로 인해 유아의 신체 건강 증진에 기여 할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 이 연구를 바탕으로 어린이집 인가설치기준에 영유아 15명 이상이 실내 신체활동을 할 수 있는 공동 놀이실 및 강당이 필수적으로 설치되길 바란다.

영문 초록

This study aims to suggest the importance of physical activity space through the analysis of the current conditions of the joint play room and auditorium, which are physical environments that influence the physical development of infants. In this regard, 153 randomly selected national, non-corporate, workplace, and private nursery schools in S City, Gyeonggi-do, surveyed the current state of indoor physical activity spaces such as joint play facilities and auditoriums. Frequency analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0 statistical program. The results of the study are as follows: First, there is a lack of indoor large muscle activity space or auditorium space for improving infant physical health when fine dust or yellow dust could occur. Second, the installation status of the auditorium for private nurseries with 49 people or less is none, which is 0.00%. In conclusion, it is necessary to expand the indoor play area so that the children can be fully active in the room, which can contribute to the physical health of the child. In addition, based on this study, it is hoped that a joint play room and auditorium, which can be used for indoor physical activity by more than 15 infants, will be installed in the child-care foundation criteria.
