치유농업운영자의 교육 요구 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 치유농업운영자의 교육 요구를 분석하여, 치유농업운영자의 교육능력개발방향을 제안함에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 치유농업에 관련된 국내외 문헌을 분석하여 직무능력문항을 도출하여 치유농업운영자들을 대상으로 조사연구를 수행하였다. 최종적으로 응답한 79개 치유농업운영자에게 필요한 교육요구를 t검증, Borich의 요구도, Mink, Shultz & Mink의 The Locus for Focus Model를 활용하여 파악하였다. 이들 요구가 치유농업운영자의 성별, 학력별, 지역별, 업종별로 차이가 있는지를 파악하였다. 연구를 통하여 치유농업 운영자의 교육요구는 치유농업 사업 계획서 수립 및 사업비 확보, 치유농업 홍보 및 마케팅, 치유농업운영상의 수용자 안전과 보호 대비, 치유농업 협력자원 발굴 및 네트워크 확장, 치유프로그램 고객 모집 및 관리(유지, 확대, 모니터링), 치유농업환경, 경관 및 시설조성(관리, 확충)으로 파악되었다. 이들 요구는 또한 운영자의 성별, 학력별, 지역별, 업종별로 차이가 있었다.그러므로 치유농업운영자 교육은 치유농업을 진행할 충분한 아이디어와 경험을 반영할 사업계획서 작성, 사업비 확보, 사업 홍보와 마케팅, 치유농업고객 모집과 관리를 포함한 사업 초기운영부분과, 치유농업수용자 안전과 보호, 치유농업협력자원 발굴과 네트워크 확충, 치유농업환경, 경관 및 시설 조성등의 기초나 운영 단계의 교육이 필요하다. 현재의 치유농업운영자는 특성에 따라 요구 순위에 차이가 있으므로, 특성이나 업종, 사업지에 따라 교육 내용과 방향을 달리하여야 하고, 치유농업운영자의 역량 모델을 다양하게 만들 필요가 있다. 치유농업강사와 같이 정시제 종사자들에 대한 교육요구도 파악할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The objectives of the study were to identify the educational needs of the green care business manager, and to recommend the educational strategies. For the objectives, needs assessment questionnaire was developed by researcher, and sent managers or owners of green care business managers by mail. Out of 700 green care business managers whose business addresses were collected in phone directory or internet, 79 replied. The t-test, Borich need assessment, and Locus of Focus method were applied for deciding the items having more critical needs. And the educational needs among green care business managers were compared along with their gender, educational background, region, and business types. The important educational needs for green care business manager were to make the business proposal and fund, to promote the business marketing, to keep the green care customer safe and protection, to find the business cooperation resources and network, to recruit and manage the green care customers, and to make the green care surroundings and facilities. The educational needs of green care business managers were different in their characteristics as gender, educational background, business location, and business type. Training program for green care business manager should include making the business proposal, securing the budget, promoting and marketing the business, recruiting and supporting the customer, securing the customer safe, finding the green care business cooperation resource and network, and making the green care surrounding and facilities. Because green care business managers have very different needs by their characteristics, training contents and goals should be changed by their business location, business type and other characteristics.
