국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화가정 평생교육 프로그램 참여자의 직무수행능력이 직업적응과 학습성과에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 다문화가정 평생교육 프로그램 참여자 900명을 대상으로 실증조사 하였다. 전체적인 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문제해결능력이 학습성과에 미치는 영향은 긍정적이지 못한 것으로 나타났고, 자기개발과 대인관계 요인은 직업적응과 학습성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문제해결능력 → 직업적응 → 학습성과에서의 간접효과에 대한 부트스트랩핑 결과 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 문제해결능력과 학습성과의 관계에서 직업적응 요인 또한 매개효과가 없는 것으로 확인되어 기각되었다. 셋째, 자기개발능력 → 직업적응→ 학습성과에서의 간접효과에 대한 부트스트렙핑 결과 간접효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났으며 자기개발능력과 학습성과와의 관계에서 직업적응에 의한 매개효과는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인돼 채택되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 볼 때, 문제해결능력은 학습성과에 유의적이지 않아 가설이 기각된 반면 자기개발능력과 대인관계능력은 직업적응과 학습성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳐 긍정적인 학습촉진을 이룰 수 있음을 시사한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is intended to look into the effects of job competency on vocational adjustment and learning performance of lifelong program learners from multi-cultural families. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 900 lifelong program learners from multi-cultural families. The overall findings were as follows. First, problem-solving ability had no positive effect on learning performance, but self-development and interpersonal relationship had a positive effect on vocational adjustment and learning performance. Second, bootstrapping on the indirect effect in problem-solving ability → vocational adjustment → learning performance showed that the indirect effect was insignificant, and vocational adjustment was not mediated in the relationship between problem-solving ability and learning performance, rejecting vocational adjustment. Third, bootstrapping on the indirect effect in self-development ability → vocational adjustment→ learning performance showed that the indirect effect was significant, and vocational adjustment was positively mediated in the relationship between self-development ability and learning performance, adopting vocational adjustment. As for the above-mentioned findings, the problem-solving ability had no significant effect on learning performance, rejecting the hypothesis. But the self-development ability and interpersonal relationship ability had a significant effect on vocational adjustment and learning performance, stimulating positive learning.
