국문 초록

본 연구는 농업계 고등학교 산업연계프로그램에서 학습지속의도 관련 선행연구와 3년이 경과된 현 시점에서 동일한 프로그램에 대한 학생들의 학습지속의도 관련 변인을 비교분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 학습지속의도 관련 모델을 연구모델과 두 가지 대안모델로 유형화하여 비교ㆍ분석하였다. 또한 각 모델의 비교과정에서 잠재변인 간 허위효과의 영향력을 추가적으로 연구하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구모델과 대안모델1의 X² 차이검증 결과, 연구모델보다 대안모델1이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구모델과 대안모델2의 X² 차이검증 결과, 연구모델보다 대안모델2가 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대안모델1과 대안모델2의 X² 차이검증 결과, 대안모델2가 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구모델과 대안모델2의 비교·분석 과정에서 삼수변인의 영향력 분석을 수행한 결과 연구모델과 대안모델2의 경우와 같이 삼수변인에서 ‘과제가치→학습지속의도’ 간 경로를 삭제하였을 대, 교육만족도→학습지속의도 간 경로 값이 조절되는 효과가 나타났다. 삼수효과를 가지고 있는 변인 간 경로를 삭제하면 인과관계가 매개효과를 관계성을 가지게 되며, 완전매개에 대한 효과를 가지는 인과관계로 해석이 가능하다. 추후 내포된 관계성을 가진 모델 분석 연구에서 삼수효과에 대한 가정을 고려하여 연구할 필요성이 있을 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the students’ learning intention about the industry-related programs that are continuously supported in agricultural high schools. For these, the model related to learning persistence was categorized into a research model and two alternative models, and a comparative analysis was performed between the three structural equation models. In addition, the spurious effects among potential variables were further studied in the comparion of each model. The conclusions of this sutdy are as follows. First, as a result of chi-square difference test between the research model and the alternative model 1, the alternative model 1 was found to be superior to the research model. Second, as a result of chi-square difference test between the research model and the alternative model 2, the alternative model 2 was found to be superior to the research model. Third, as a result of chi-square difference test between the alternative model 1 and 2, the alternative model 2 was found to be superior to the alternative model 1. Fourth, as a result of analysis for influence of spurious effects, the negative effects of ‘task value learning satisfaction’ and ‘social support learning → → satisfaction’ in the research model were switched to positive effect after the path of ‘learning satisfaction→learning intention’, which were spurious variables, was removed. In future research with implicit relationships, it is necessary to consider the assumptions about spurious effects.
