국문 초록

이 연구는 산학겸임교사와 담당교사가 인식한 산학겸임교사 직무만족도와 교육요구도를 비교 및 분석함으로써 산학겸임교사 제도 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 방법은 문헌분석과 기술통계, 차이검증, Locus for Focus 및 Borich 교육요구도 분석을 수행하였다. 설문조사는 전국 직업계고를 대상으로 산학겸임교사와 담당 일반교원을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 실시하였으며, 통계처리는 SPSS 23 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구를 통해 도출된 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산학겸임교사의 전반적인 직무만족도는 높은 편이었지만, 상대적으로 보수와 채용형태(신분)에 대한 만족도는 낮았다. 둘째, 담당교사는 산업체 겸직 산학겸임교사의 활동에 대한 만족도가 더 높았다. 셋째, 산학겸임교사는 교수학습활동 영역의 필요성과 자체 역량에 대해 높게 평가하고 있었지만, 상대적으로 진로 및 생활지도 영역의 필요성은 높게 인식하지 않는 특징이 있었다. 넷째, 산학겸임교사의 역량 개발과 관련하여 산학겸임교사와 담당교사가 인식하는 우선순위에 차이가 있었다. 따라서 현장에서 산학겸임교사 활동을 강화할 필요가 있으며, 이들의 보수와 처우 개선이 우선적으로 이루어질 필요가 있으며, 산학겸임교사의 역량 강화를 위해 교수학습, 산학협력, 지도 및 상담 영역에서 교육을 제공할 필요가 있다고 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to identify job satisfaction and education needs of Industrial-educational adjunct teachers. To this end, descriptive statistics, difference analysis, Locus for Focus method and Borich needs method were conducted. The data was collected by online and was analyzed by SPSS 23 program. This study resulted in the following findings: first, overall job satisfaction of industrial-educational adjunct teachers was high, but relatively low in wage and employment type. Second, vocational education teachers were more satisfied with the additional job industrial-educational adjunct teachers. Third, industrial-educational adjunct teachers highly valued necessity and current competency of the teaching and learning activities area, but relatively low valued necessity of the career and guidance areas. Fourth, there was a difference in the priority of perception of Industrial-educational adjunct teachers and vocational education teachers. Thus, it is necessary to reinforce activities of industrial-educational adjunct teachers in vocational high schools and preferentially improve their wage and treatment. In addition, it is necessary to provide education in the area of teaching and learning activities, industry-academic cooperation, guidance, and counseling in order to strength competency of industrial-educational adjunct teachers.
