이혈요법의 다중테라피 적용 방안 연구

국문 초록

본 논문은 전 세계적으로 생활습관병(life-style related disease)으로 인해 병들어 가고 있는 시점에서 현대의학의 한계와 자연치유의 역할의 중요성을 밝히며 선행연구를 통해 현재 자연치유가 가지고 있는 걸림돌을 확인하고 전인치유로서의 자연치유로 나아가기 위한 새로운 치유요법 적용 방안의 필요성을 제기 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 자연치유를 몸과 마음, 영혼을 아우르는 치유로서 정의하며 문헌연구로서 이혈요법(耳穴療法)과 향기요법(香氣療法), 색채요법(色彩療法)에 대해 제시하였고 이혈요법을 중심으로 향기요법과 색채요법을 다중 적용할 수 있는 방안에 대해 살펴보았다. 이혈요법의 귀 마사지 단계에서는 형상체질적 관점과 몸과 마음의 치유를 위한 관점에서 이혈요법과 향기요법을 적용하였다. 이혈요법의 치유점 자극 단계에서는 형상체질별 그리고 증상별로 색채요법을 적용하였으며 다중테라피적 적용을 통하여 자연치유력 상승효과, 치유시간 단축효과, 전인치유적 역할로서의 효과를 기대할 수 있었다. 후속 연구 과제를 위해서 첫째, 임상을 통한 단일테라피와 다중테라피 적용의 비교연구 둘째, 전인적 자연치유를 위한 폭 넒은 학문과의 치유 적용 연구 셋째, 자연치유 효과를 입증하기 위한 기초적 임상 연구가 필요하다고 여겨진다

영문 초록

This thesis begins with limitations of the modern medical treatment and the importance of role of naturopathy, with the viewpoint of life-style related diseases on the globe, also, raises issues on the necessity of the new therapy application of naturopathy as a whole man healing way with recognition of drawbacks of naturopathy. This thesis defines the “Naturopathy” as a healing way of encompassing physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects, provides the “Ear therapy, Aroma therapy, and Color therapy” as a theoretical backgrounds, and studies on the “Multi Therapy” application of Aroma therapy and Color therapy as focalizing on Ear therapy. In this thesis, “Aroma therapy” in the stage of ear-massage of Ear therapy, and “Ear therapy and Aroma therapy” from the perspective of “shape constitution” and “physical and psychological healing” are applied. For the cure point stage of Ear therapy, the color therapy is applied in compliance with shape constitutions and disease symptoms. Through the application of multi therapy, the increase effect of self-healing power, reduction effect of healing time, and the effect and the role of whole man healing are expected. Future studies are warranted to further research, firstly, on the comparison study of single therapy and multi therapy with clinical tests, secondly, on application study of whole man healing with basis on other study areas, and finally on clinical studies to demonstrate the effect of naturopathy.
