베트남 참전군인의 불안 및 외상 후 스트레스 장애 수준에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 베트남 참전군인의 정신건강과 복지증진을 위해 수행되었고 불안 및 외상 후 스트레스 장애 각 변인별 수준을 파악하고 대상자들이 느끼는 불안, 외상 후 스트레스 장애 수준을 파악하고자 연구를 진행하였다. 자료 수집을 위해 2020년 8월부터 2020년 9월까지 베트남 참전유공자 104명의 일반적 특성을 비롯한 불안, 외상 후 스트레스 장애 수준을 조사하여 SPSS 23.0 Statistics Program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 불안은 직업, 복지구분, 참전지역에 있어 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었고(*p<0.05, ***p<0.001), 외상 후 스트레스 장애 경우 경제상태, 주거상태, 전쟁 참전 지역에 있어 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(*p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001). 조사대상자의 불안 수준은 정상그룹 77%, 경증 11.5%, 중등도 5.8%, 중증 5.8%로 분석되었고, 외상 후 스트레스 장애 수준은 경증이 33.7%, 중등도 34.6%, 중증 26%로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과 베트남 참전유공자의 의료복지 증진을 위해 불안, 외상 후 스트레스 장애를 치유하기 위한 보훈병원의 정신 심리 전담 전문 인력 확보가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The study has performed for the promotion of Mental Health and Welfare of Vietnam Veterans. The aim of the study is to investigate the level degree of anxiety, post traumatic stress diagnosis, The general characteristics as well as level of anxiety, post traumatic stress diagnosis, and satisfaction of 104 persons of Vietnam veterans were collected from July 2020 to August 2020, and the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 statistics program. The result showed that anxiety was significantly different in job(p<.05), welfare division status (p<.001), battle area (p<.05) in the respect of statistics. Post traumatic stress diagnosis was statistically different in economic status (p<.01), living status(p<.001), war participation period (p<.05). The level degree of anxiety is 77% in normal group, 11.5% in mild group, 5.8% in moderate group and 5.8% in severe group. The degree of post traumatic stress diagnosis is 33.7% in mild group, 34.6% in moderate group and 26% in severe group. In order to promotion of welfare of Vietnam veterans. it is necessary to need a support of mental health center of veterans hospital. and it is also needed a psychiatric therapeutic specialist personnel of veterans hospitals for therapy for anxiety and post traumatic stress diagnosis.
