국문 초록

사람, 놀이치료자는 소중하다. 심리치료에 있어 가장 중요한 도구는 인간으로서 치료자 자신이기 때문이다. 진정한 치료자가 되기 위해서는 치료자 자신의 어린 시절 발달과정을 돌아보고, 각 발달단계에 따른 미해결 욕구와 과제를 발견하는 것이 우선돼야 한다. 놀이치료자 자신의 어린 시절 트라우마로 발생한 상처입은 내면아이를 치유하게 되었을 때, 놀이치료자는 내담자를 진정으로 도울 수 있게 된다. 본 연구에서는 내면아이 인형치료를 경험한 놀이치료자가 자기성숙의 과정에서 어떤 경험을 하는지 알아보기 위해 자문화기술지 연구방법을 활용하여 고찰해보았다. 내면아이 인형치료를 통한 놀이치료자의 자기성숙 경험을 탐색한 결과, 연구자는 ‘내담자를 향해 돌을 들고 서 있는 자신을 만나는 경험’, ‘눈이 있어도 보지 못하고, 귀가 있어도 듣지 못하는 자신을 만나는 경험’을 했다. 본 연구는 내면아이 인형치료를 통해 상처입은 내면아이를 치료하고, 자기성숙을 이루어 가는 놀이치료자의 경험을 드러냈다는 점, 놀이치료자의 자기성숙 과정에서 역전이 경험을 드러내고 다룬 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

A play therapist is valuable because the most important tool in psychotherapy is the therapist himself as a human being. To maintain authenticity the therapist needs to put a priority to look back on the process of the development stages in their own childhood, so that will help to discover unsolved problems or tasks from the childhood for the therapist himself. Therefore, the play therapist is able to search and solve his internal conflicts and inward problems through the self-reflecting process. Making an effort to lead a healthy and mature life is necessary. This research is looking into the experience of the play therapist who himself is experiencing inner child figure therapy. And this research is contemplated through the autoethnography method to evaluate the meaning of the experience. As a therapist, the researcher experienced ‘finding himself holding a rock towards the client’, ‘facing himself to not able to hear and see even though he had ears and eyes’. This research revealed the experience of a play therapist who heals a wounded inner child and achieves self-maturity through inner child figure therapy. In the process of self-maturation of the play therapist, it is significant that countertransference reveals and deals with the experience.
