한국어판 ‘사회복지 인권노출’ 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 한국 사회복지사를 대상으로 McPherson과 Abell(2012)의 사회복지 인권노출(Human Rights Exposure in Social Work) 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하는 것이다. 집단1-통합사례관리사(211명)과 집단2-노인복지관 사회복지사(401명)로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 집단 1자료로 문항분석과 탐색적 요인분석을, 집단 2 자료로 수정된 척도의 문항분석, 확인적 요인분석, 이해타당도 분석을 시행하였다. 탐색적 요인분석을 통해서 2개 하위차원, 7개 문항으로 구조적 차원성을 확인할 수 있었다. 내적일관성을 확인하기 위하여 실시한 문항분석은 신뢰도 계수 .796으로 나타났다. 수정된 사회복지 인권노출 척도(R-HRXSW)의 확인적 요인분석 결과, x2/df= 48.82(13), RMSEA= .083, GFI= .967, CFI= .959, NFI= .945, TLI= .933 등으로 모델적합도가 양호하였다. 수정된 인권노출척도와 인권개입 척도의 상관관계분석이 예측된 정적 관계로 나타나 이해타당도가 성립되었다(r=.473, p< .001). 인권의식 또는 인권기반 실천의 선행변수로서 인권노출의 의미와 사회복지 인권노출 척도(K-HRXSW)의 활용방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The study tested the psychometric properties of the scale, Human Rights Exposure in Social Work(HRXSW) for social workers in South Korea. The sample consisted of two groups of social workers who were self-administered with a structured questionnaire: the first group was a total of 211 case management social workers in local governments and the second group included 401 social workers in elderly welfare centers. Item analysis and exploratory factor analysis(EFA) were conducted with the first sample(n=201). The second sample was for item analysis, confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) and convergent validity for the revised scale with the first group. The EFA revealed two factors (human rights education exposure, daily life human rights exposure) with seven items in the observed variables. The internal consistency value for the revised scale was good. A CFA also verified that the model fit was acceptable(RMSEA= .083, GFI= .967, CFI= .959, NFI= .945, TLI= .933). The claim for the convergent validity of the revised HRXSW was supported because the R-HRXSW was statistically associated with Human Rights Engagement in Social Work(HRESW) scale(r=.473, p< .001). The Korean version of the Human Rights Exposure in Social Work(K-HRXSW) can be used to measure human rights awareness in social work practice and social work education.
