국문 초록

본 연구는 예술교육 활성화를 통해 학생들의 소통과 공감 능력을 향상시키고, 교사와 학생들이 행복한 학교 문화를 만들어나가도록 하며, 위기의 학생을 위한 대책을 수립 하는 관점에서 미술교과의 인성교육 실천 전략을 제안 한다. 예술교육의 핵심인 미적 경험에 따른 미적 안목의 형성은 인간의 생명, 성장, 행복의 가치를 판단하도록 하며, 자신을 조절하면서 상식적인 타당한 행동을 할 수 있는 도덕적 품성을 기르도록한다. 특히 예술교육에서의 즐거움이 내재되어 있는 미적 경험은 감수성과 지각력을정련시킴으로서, 삶의 질을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 예술교육에서의 자발적 표현을 유도함으로서 자기성찰의 기회를 제공하여 성숙한 시민으로 성장할 수 있도록 한다. 이와같은 예술교과의 본질적 특성을 기초로 도출된 예술인성교육의 의미와 핵심요소를 준거로 본 연구에서는 미술교과의 인성교육 관련 요소를 분석하고, ‘자아 존중감 강화 전략’, ‘관계 형성 강화 전략’, ‘사회성 강화 전략‘ 등을 실천 방안으로서 제시한다. 또한각 전략의 목표와 인성교육요소, 관련 미술활동을 제시함으로서 학교 현장에서 미술교과 시간에 인성교육이 실천 될 수 있는 구체적인 내용을 제안한다.

영문 초록

Personality and character traits have been one of the most important virtues in our tradition and society. Arts has been used as a healing tool for students’ emotional and psychological wellbeing through creative activities. Arts was most efficient medium for including balanced growth in developmental domains, which are body, mind and spirit conforming to sound personality. In order to facilitate the personal growth through arts, various arts education has to prosper in school setting meeting student’s taste, interests and needs. For this to happen, a functional and efficient art education model has to be formulated based on the essential intra and extra school resources. This study suggest three strategies to ‘strengthen of self-identity’,‘strengthen of ability to form relationship’, ‘strengthen of sociality’. First, the goal of ‘strategies to strengthen of self-identity’ is strengthening self-education or self-healing through the art activities which have the process of self-understanding and self-expression. Second, the goal of ‘strengthen of ability to form relationship’ is continues the formation and psychological ties with others by doing art activities which make the consensus through sympathy and communicating with others. Third, ‘strategies to strengthen Sociality’ set the goal to have a sense of belonging in to group and social cooperation through art activities.
