국문 초록

본 논문은 정보통신윤리 교육을 위해서 분석되어야 할 정보 사회에 대한 구조적 특성을 분석하고, 정보통신윤리 교육의 현장 실태를 조사분석하여 우리 청소년들의 정보통신윤리 교육에 주는 시사점과 교육적 함의를 밝혀보고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 먼저, 정보 사회의 구조적 특성은 사람, 컴퓨터, 정보통신기술 이라는 세 가지 요소에 대한 이해와 상호 작용에 초점을 두었다. 다음으로 초·중·고 정보통신윤리 교육 현장 실태 분석을 위해 전국의 초·중·고 학생 700명을 대상으로 정보 사회 이해에 대한 기본 개념, 컴퓨터의 유용성 인식, 인터넷이나 채팅에서 느끼는 문제의식, 정보 범죄나 소유 개념에 대한 교육 정도, 구체적인 정보통신윤리 교육의 정도 등을 설문 내용으로 하였다. 그 결과, 정보 사회의 구조에 대한 이해 교육의 필요성, 자아정체성 교육의 강화 필요성, 새로운 정보 사회의 규범 가치에 대한 교육의 필요성, 가정과 연계된 교육의 필요성, 치료 교육의 필요성 등을 도출할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural feature of the information society and the analysis of the actual conditions of information communication ethics education in elementary·middle·high school, and then their educational implications. First, the analysis of the structural feature focuses on two parts. One part is on three elements; human, computer, and the information communication technology. The other is on the interaction of the three elements that are stated. Thus, thesis is dealt with self-identity, the notion of cyber space, and on the internet. These represents all kinds of features of the information society. Second, the educational fact-findings of elementary, middle, and high school are analyzed by a questionnaire. This questionnaire is composed of the reaction of various questions; the basic understanding of the information society, the usefulness of the computer, the problems of the internet chatting, the notion of ownership and crime in the information society, the degrees of information communication ethics education, and so forth. We reach the conclusions as follows: the need of basic understanding of the information society structure, the need of intensification of self-identify education, the need of the school education related with the new value and standard of the information society. the need of education linkage between home and society, etc.
