텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 ‘한국음악치료학회지’의 토픽 모델링 및 트렌드 분석(1999~2019)

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 음악치료의 연구 동향을 알아보기 위해 빅데이터 분석 방법 중 텍스트 마이닝 기법을활용하여 한국음악치료학회지에 게재된 연구를 대상으로 토픽 모델링 및 토픽 트렌드를 분석하였다. 창간호인 1999년부터 2019년까지 21년간 한국음악치료학회지에 게재된 총 200편의 논문을 대상으로국문 제목, 국문 키워드, 국문 초록을 웹 크롤링 프로그램을 이용하여 정보를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 잠재 디리클레 할당(Latent Dirichlet Allocation: LDA) 기법을 통해 토픽을 도출하고 토픽의 유사도를 고려하여 통합 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구주제는 ‘음악치료’, ‘음악치료사’, ‘불안’, ‘현상학적 연구’, ‘자기효능감’ 등의 단어 순으로 빈도가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 토픽 모델링 분석결과 총 10개의 토픽이 추출되었고 집단 음악활동, 장애 대상 음악활동, 불안, 우울, 스트레스, 도구개발 및 평가 연구 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연도별 추세는 임상대상 연구 뿐만 아니라 도구 개발 및평가, 메타분석 등 방법과 관련된 연구도 증가하는 추세를 보였다. 본 연구는 1999년부터 2019년까지게재된 연구를 토픽 모델링과 트렌드 분석을 통하여 음악치료 연구의 동향을 알아보았다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 한국음악치료학회지의 연구들이 주제의 다양성을 추구하고 학제 간 연구 등 전문성과 함께 사회적 현상과 변화를 반영하는 학문적 발전이 이루어질 수있는 실천적인 전략을 수립할 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study is big-data analysis using text mining to find out the research trend of domestic music therapy using topic modeling and topic trend analysis for research published in the ‘Korean Journal of Music Therapy’. From 1999 to 2019, information was collected by using a web-crawling program from the Korean subject, Korean keywords, and Korean abstract of 200 papers published in the Korean Journal of Music Therapy. Topics were derived through the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) technique and integrated analysis considering the similarity of topics. The results of the study are as follows. First, the research topics were most frequent in the order of words such as music therapy , music therapist , anxiety , phenomenological research , and self-efficacy . Second, a total of 10 topics were extracted, followed by group music therapy, disability target study, and anxiety depression related study. Third, the trend by year showed not only clinical target research but also research related to methods such as tool development and evaluation and meta-analysis. This study can be found in the sense that the research published from 1999 to 2019 was studied through topic modeling and trend analysis to find out the research on music therapy in general. Based on the results of these studies, we hope to pursue a variety of topics and to establish a practical strategy to achieve academic development that reflects social phenomena and changes along with expertise such as interdisciplinary research.
