국문 초록

본 연구는 서울, 경기, 인천 임금근로 장애인을 대상으로 장애인의 직업요인과 자아존중감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구대상은 2018년 장애인고용패널조사(PSED) 제2차 웨이브 3차에서 서울 380명, 경기 553명, 인천 99명으로 수도권에 근무하는 임금근로 장애인 1,032명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 인구사회학적 요인에서 성별은 남성이 연령은 낮을수록, 학력과 월 소득은 높을수록 직무만족도가 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 직업요인에서 안정성과 쾌적성이 좋을수록, 근무 장소의 편의시설 설치가 많을수록, 고용형태는 정규직의 직무만족도가 우의하게 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 자아존중감에서 긍정자아가 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The study is aimed at finding out the effects of job factors and self-respect on disabled wage earners in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon. In this study, 1,032 wage-working disabled people in the Seoul metropolitan area were studied in the second Wave 3 survey of the 2018 PSED (Planning Panel Survey for the Disabled), 380 in Seoul, 553 in Gyeonggi Province, and 99 in Incheon. Hypothesis for research purposes will first differ in job satisfaction depending on demographic factors. Second, job factors will affect job satisfaction of the disabled wage earners. Third, self-respect will affect the job satisfaction of the disabled wage earners. The study results first showed that among demographic factors, the gender of men was higher, the lower the age, and the higher the educational background and monthly income, the higher the job satisfaction level. Second, among job factors, the higher stability and pleasure, the more convenient facilities are installed in the workplace, the more job satisfaction they have when they are full-time employees. Third, the sense of self-respect has shown that positive self has a positive effect.
