국문 초록

본 연구는 여성장애인의 부모역량이 자녀의 자아탄력성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴봄으로써 여성장애인과 초등 학령기 자녀의 지원 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 여성장애인단체, 장애인복지관, 수어통역센터에 설문지를 배포하여 조사하고 온라인 설문조사도 진행하였다. 조사 결과 여성장애인의 부모역량은 총점 5점을 기준으로 3.54(SD=.665)로 나타났으며, 부모역량 하위요인인 양육 역량·사회적 역량·자기체계 역량 중 사회적 역량이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 자녀의 자아탄력성은 총점 3점을 기준으로 1.88(SD=.314)로 나타났으며, 하위요인 중 자신감 및 쾌활함이 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 여성장애인의 부모역량은 자녀의 자아탄력성에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 여성장애인의 부모역량 강화를 통한 자녀의 자아탄력성 향상 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study is aimed to find out how the parental competence of the disabled women affects the ego-resilience of their children, and to find out the support plan of the disabled women and their elementary school children. For this purpose, questionnaires were distributed to disabled women association, welfare centers for the disabled and sign language interpreters, and surveys were conducted on online. The results showed that the mean score for parental competence of women with disabilities was 3.54(SD=.665) out of 5, and the social competence was the lowest among the sub-factors of parental competence: parenting competence, social competence, and self-system competence. The ego-resilience of children was 1.88(SD=.314) out of 3 and the confidence and cheerfulness among the sub-factors of the ego-resilience was relatively low. Most of all, the parental competence of the disabled woman had a positive effect on the ego-resilience of their children. Based on the results of this study, we proposed plans to improve the ego-resilience of children by strengthening the parental capacity of the disabled woman.
