대학원생 핵심역량 검사도구 개발

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 P대학의 대학원 인재상과 고등교육에서 요구하는 핵심역량을 바탕으로 대학원에 적합한 핵심역량을 선정하고 이를 측정하는 검사 도구를 개발하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 대학원생 핵심역량 검사의 문항 개발을 위하여 대학원생 핵심역량과 관련된 선행연구 및 대학원 인재상을 검토하고 이를 토대로 대학원생 핵심역량의 구성요인을 추출하였다. 그리고 예비문항을 구성하여 전문가 검토와 예비조사를 거쳐 최종 55문항을 구성하였으며, 본 조사를 통해 최종 49문항을 도출하였다. 그리고 핵심역량 측정 문항을 Cronbach s ⍺계수, 요인분석 및 상관분석을 거쳐 타당도와 신뢰도를 입증하였다. P대학교 일반대학원에 재학하고 있는 석사과정과 박사과정 학생 총 187명을 대상으로 예비문항에 대한 타당성 조사를 실시하였으며, 본 조사에는 P대학교 일반대학원에 재학생 698명의 설문 결과가 최종 분석에 활용되었다. 연구결과: 그 결과 대학원생 핵심역량 검사도구는 통섭적 지식탐구역량 5문항, 창의적 지식활용역량 12문항, 공생적 리더역량 13문항, 글로벌 연구역량 11문항, 사회적 리더역량 8문항으로 최종 구성되었다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구 결과는 대학원생 핵심역량을 정의하고 이를 측정할 수 있는 검사도구를 개발하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 이는 이후 대학원 교육의 성과를 논의하고, 향후 교육의 방향을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to select the core competencies suitable for graduate school based on the talents of P university and the core competencies required for higher education. And we wanted to develop an inspection tool to measure these competencies. Method: In order to develop the core competency test for graduate students, the researcher reviewed previous studies related to the core competencies of graduate students and graduated talents, and extracted the components of the core competencies of graduate students. In addition, the final 55 questions were made through expert review and pilot testing. The final 49 questions were derived through main survey. Results: As a result, the core competency test tool for graduate students included 5 questions of consilience knowledge explore competency, 12 questions of creative knowledge utilization competency 13 questions of symbiotic leader competency, 11 questions of global research competency, and social leader competency comprised of 8 questions. Conclusion: The results of this study are meaningful in developing a test tool to define and measure the core competencies of graduate students. These results will help to discuss the outcomes of postgraduate education and to set the direction of future education.
