The purposes of this study were to formulate the concept of the integrated method of performance-oriented vocational training, and to search out the smooth way of implementation of these didactical approaches in Korean vocational training. The integrated method of performance-oriented vocational training approach is an attempt to develop the job-adapted functional vocational qualification and the vocational core-competencies simultaneously. In this paper, the term of vocational core-competencies was defined in regard with some articles about this topic in Korean language. And the concept of the integrative method of performance-oriented vocational training was discussed and formulated from the perspective of the vocational education and training in the Republic of Korea. Especially, a case, in which it was tried to implement the project- and transfer-oriented approach of vocational training in the vocational training institutes of Korean commercial and industrial chamber, was critically reviewed as an example of integrated performance-oriented approach in Korea. On the basis of that critical reflection, we have proposed some implications to develop the adjustable integrated model of performance-oriented vocational training, to smoothen the implementing-process of that model in Republic of Korea: In order to implement that model, it is proposed, 1) to improve the work condition of teachers, so that they can prepare to develop learning tasks and learning materials; 2) to develop the adjustable models of new teaching- and learning approaches on the basis of experimental studies in the long run; 3) to enhance the chance of further-education of instructors and teachers in the field of vocational education and training in relation with the new approaches on the teaching method; and 4) to reform the national qualification test, so that it can measure integrated the job-adapted functional vocational qualifications and the vocational core-competencies.
