영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop for accreditation system of customized training. Accreditation system of customized training will be help to alumni, enterprises, college, and association of accreditation. The important factors of accreditation system are operating body, target and range, procedure, standards, judgement, and practical use of results. Standards for accreditation system consist of program mission and objectives, administration, professional curriculum, faculties, students, alumni and practitioners, and facilities and equipment. Accreditation system of customized training was not compulsory application but optional application bases on self-regulation for course or curriculum. Also, the results of accreditation make use of improvement of course or curriculum. The government plays an important recognition of operating body or association as an independent accreditation system body. The spread of accreditation of customized training possible to an active cooperation of enterprises, college, students, related professional association, community, government and etc.
