공군 조종사의 직업가치관과 직무만족도 관계분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 공군 조종사 127명을 대상으로 한국직업능력개발원에서 개발한 직업가치관 검사 도구와 직무만족도 검사도구를 수정·보완하여 그들이 직업과 관련하여 중요시하고 있는 직업가치관과 그에 따른 직무만족도를 조사하였다. 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공군 조종사들은 직업가치관 요인 중 근무여건, 능력발휘, 보수, 직업의 안정성 및 발전성 등의 순으로 중요하게 인식하는 반면, 지도력 발휘, 자율성, 다양성 등을 상대적으로 낮게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공군 조종사들은 대인관계와 사회적 평판에 대해서 긍정적인 직무만족도를 나타냈지만, 상대적으로 교육환경과 주거환경, 업무시간, 업무환경에 대해서는 만족하고 있지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 직업가치관이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 직업가치관 중 능력발휘에 대한 중요도가 높을수록 직무만족도가 높게 나타나고, 근무여건에 대한 중요도가 높을수록 직무만족도는 낮게 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

The study examines the Air Force pilots` job satisfaction by work value for 127 pilots. We utilized Work Values Test and Job Satisfaction Test reformed and supplemented for this study which were developed by KRIVET(Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training). The results are as follows: First, the pilots emphasized their working environment, opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities, wages, job stability and future opportunities as their top valued priorities. On the contrary, demonstrating leadership at work and teamwork, self-regulation, and work diversity were least of their priorities valued. Second, they were relatively satisfied in the areas of social relationship and their reputation. However, they were not satisfied with their educational environment for their children, their residential environment, working hours, and working environment. Third, the result that analyzed the influence of the work value on the job satisfaction is that the more important the opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities is, the higher the job satisfaction is and that the more important the working environment is, the lower the job satisfaction is.
