실업자 직업훈련생의 수료와 취업에 영향을 미치는 변인 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 실업자 직업훈련에 참여한 훈련생의 수료와 취업여부에 영향을 미치는 변인을 구명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2014년 훈련이 종료된 실업자 훈련과정 중 분석을 위해 결측값이 없는 230,139명의 훈련자료를 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체 실업자 직업훈련생의 개인특성 중 여자일수록, 연령이 높을수록, 신규실업자일수록 수료확률이 높은 반면, 취업확률은 이와 반대로 남자일수록, 연령이 낮을수록, 전직실업자일수록 높게 나타났고, 학력은 고졸에 비해 전문대졸이 공통적으로 수료와 취업확률이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 전체 실업자 직업훈련의 프로그램 특성 중 학급크기가 클수록, 실업자 내일배움카드제(이하 ‘내일배움카드’)에 비해 국가기간ㆍ전략산업직종훈련(이하 ‘기간전략’)일수록 수료와 취업확률이 높은 반면, 훈련기간이 길수록 수료확률은 낮지만, 취업확률은 반대로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 전체 훈련기관 특성 중 A등급일수록 수료 및 취업확률이 높고, 기관유형은 훈련사업의 특성에 따라 참여하는 기관유형이 조금씩 다르므로 기관 유형별로 수료와 취업에 일관된 영향은 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 훈련생의 참여도 중 개인의 자부담율이 높을수록 수료확률과 취업확률이 모두 높고, 최근 3년 훈련 수료횟수가 많을수록 두 훈련사업 모두에서 취업확률이 낮게 나타났다. 다섯째, 훈련서비스 품질 중 시설장비와 취업지원을 높게 인식할수록 두 훈련사업에서 수료확률이 낮고, 취업확률은 두 훈련사업의 기간과 직종 등이 서로 다르므로 영향을 미치는 훈련서비스 품질이 다르게 나타났다. 여섯째, 훈련성과 인식도 중 기간전략에서 학업성취도와 고용가능성을 높게 인식할수록 수료확률에는 영향을 미치지 않지만, 취업확률은 높게 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the employment status and completion of trainees participating in vocational training the unemployed. The training materials 230,139 people without a missing value for the analysis of the end of 2014 trained the unemployed training courses were analyzed using logistic regression analysis. The finding of the study were as follows. First, while the more women, the higher the age and the more new unemployed of the personal characteristics of the job trainees was the more high completion probability, the more men, the lower the age, the more locals, the former unemployed was contrary the more high employment probability. Second, while the larger the size of the class nature, the more the National Infrastructure and Strategy Industries training than the general training of unemployed account was the more high both completion and employment probability, and the longer the training period was the lower completion probability, conversely, the higher employment probability. Third, the more higher the grade of training organization characteristic was the more high both completion and employment probability. Fourth, the more high personal burden of the participation rate of the trainee was the more high both completion and employment probability. Fifth, the more highly aware of the facilities and equipment and supported employment among quality of training service was lower probability of completing the training in both training programs. Sixth, the more high awareness aware of academic achievement and employability among awareness of training performance was the higher employment probability.
