히포크라테스 기질 유형이 임상실습 수행능력, 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 히포크라테스 기질유형과 임상실습 수행능력과 임상실습 스트레스와의 관계를 파악하고자 시도되었다. 간호대학생 3.4학년을 대상으로 연구 목적을 설명하고 자발적인 동의하에 실시하였으며, 총 300부를 최종분석 하였다. 결과분석은 SPSS 23.0win 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 히포크라테스 기질유형 중 점액질(안정형)이 105명(35.0%)으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 임상실습 수행능력 점수는 평균 3.68±.56점, 임상실습 스트레스는 평균 3.38±.64점이었다. 히포크라테스 기질유형과 임상실습 수행능력과 임상실습 스트레스의 관계를 살펴보면, 히포크라테스 기질유형 중 담즙질(주도형)이 평균 3.86±.46점으로 임상실습 수행능력이 통계적으로 유의하게 가장 높은것으로 나타났으며(F=5.438, p=.001), 임상실습 스트레스와의 관계에서는 우울질(신중형)에서 평균3.47±.55점으로 임상실습 스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났으나 유의하지는 않았다(F=1.819, p=.144). 본 연구결과 기질유형에 따라 임상실습 수행능력에 차이가 있음에 따라, 히포크라테스 기질유형에 따른 임상실습 수행능력을 증진의 다양한 전략을 마련하는 위한 기초 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Hippocrates substrate type(DISC) of nursing students, Clinical performance ability and Clinical performance ability. This study was implemented under explanation of purpose and agreement of a total of 300 students attending in nursing students. The subjects are nursing students in 3rd and 4th grade. The analysis was done using SPSS 23.0win program. As a result, the Hippocrates substrate type(DISC) of nursing students had the highest mucus(stable). the Clinical performance ability was 3.68±.56, and the Stress in clinical practice was 3.38±.64. Looking at the relationship between DISC, Clinical performance ability, and Stress in clinical practice, Among the Hippocrates substrate types, bile duct (leading type) scored 3.86±.46, indicating that the Clinical performance ability was the highest. In relation to clinical stress, the clinical stress was 3.47±.55 in depressive (new medium), but it was not statistically significant. As a result of this study, there was a difference in Clinical performance ability according to Hippocrates substrate type(DISC),it is considered to be the basic data for preparing various strategies for improving Clinical performance ability according to Hippocrates substrate type(DISC).
