국문 초록

이 연구는 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감이 직업희망과 진로관여행동의 관계에서 매개효과가 나타나는 지를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 광주광역시와 전라남도 소재 4년제 대학생 총 408명을 대상으로 직업희망, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로관여행동을 측정하기 위한 설문을 진행하였으며, SPSS 22.0과 SPSS Macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 직업희망과 진로관여행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감이 매개효과를 나타냈다. 또한 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping)을 통해 매개효과의 유의성을 검정한 결과, 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 진로상담 장면에서 대학생의 진로행동을 보다 심층적으로 이해하고 효과적으로 개입할 수 있는 유용한 이론적 기초를 제공하였다. 이를 토대로 이 연구의 의의와 한계점, 그리고 후속연구에의 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The study was conducted to the mediation of career decision-making self-efficacy in the relation between workhope and occupational engagement behavior of university students. For the purpose, a total of 408 university students in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do were surveyed to measure workhope, career decision-making self-efficacy, and occupational engagement behavior. Then, SPSS 22.0 and SPSS Macro were used to analyze the data. As a result, career decision-making self-efficacy mediated the relation between workhope and occupational engagement behavior. Also, Bootstrapping was used to test the significance of mediation to find out that the mediation of career decision-making self-efficacy was significant. This study provided a useful theoretical foundation for better understanding and effective intervention of university students career behaviors through career counseling. This study also discussed its significance and limitation and suggestions for future studies.
