대학생의 진로스트레스에 대한 통합사회인지 진로모형 구조분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 Lent와 Brown의 통합사회인지 진로모형(2008)에 기초하여 대학생의 진로스트레스에영향을 미치는 변인을 탐색, 선정하고 변인들 간의 관계를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 총 398명의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 변인 간의 관계를 확인하기 위해 구조방정식 모형분석을 하였다. 구조분석은 긍정적 정서와 부정적 정서가 서로 다른 경로를 통해 영향을 미친다는 선행연구의 결과에따라 연구모형 1과 2로 나누어 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 연구모형 1과 연구모형 2는 통합사회인지진로모형 경로를 부분적으로 지지하였다. 또한, 긍정적 정서와 부정적 정서 변인이 나머지 변인들과의관계에서 서로 다른 경로로 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 연구모형의 매개효과 검증을통해 진로스트레스에 영향을 미치는 변인 간의 상대적 영향력을 확인하였다. 먼저, 효과분해 결과, 연구모형 1에서는 자기효능감의 총효과가 다른 변인들보다 높게 나타났다. 연구모형 2에서는 부정적정서와 진로준비행동의 총효과가 다른 변인들보다 높게 나타났다. 다음으로 매개효과 검증 결과, 연구모형 1과 연구모형 2에서 자기효능감, 결과기대, 진로준비행동은 매개효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 통합사회인지 진로모형의 인지, 정서, 행동 및 환경을 포함한 변인들이 진로스트레스에 미치는 영향력을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해 대학생 상담에서 통합사회인지 진로모형의 적용가능성과 시사점을제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the factors influencing the stress of college career on the basis of the integrated social cognitive career model of Lent and Brown (2008), selection and reveal the structural relationships among variables. The survey was conducted targeting a total of 398 college students for this purpose, and structural equation modeling analysis to determine the structural relationship among the variables. Structural analysis was performed by dividing the research model 1 and 2 according to the results of the previous studies is a positive affects and negative affects through different paths. The results were as follows: First, the research model 1 and 2 study was partially supported by the integrated social cognitive career path model. In addition, it was confirmed that positive affects and negative affects factors can affect a different path in relation to the remaining variables. Second, we determine the relative influence between the variables affecting career stress mediated through the effects of the research model validation. First, the effect of the decomposition results, research model 1 showed total effect of self-efficacy higher than other variables. In research model 2, the total effect of negative affects and career preparation behavior was higher than other factors. The mediation effect test results showed self-efficacy, expected outcomes, and career preparation behavior exhibited partial or complete mediating effect in both models. This means that the impact will vary between the factors depending on the characteristics affect. Based on this consultation, it suggests that counseling interventions are dependent.
