국문 초록

본 연구는 알코올중독에서 회복중인 상담가의 생애사 연구로 구술자료 분석을 통해 회복자상담가의 주관적 경험을 이해하기 위한 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 알코올중독회복자 상담가와 심층 인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Mandelbaum(1973)이 제안한 생애사 분석틀에 의거하여 삶의 차원, 전환점, 적응을 중심으로 분석했다. 분석결과「삶의 차원」에서는 <알코올중독자로서의 삶>, <알코올중독 회복자로서의 삶>, <알코올중독회복 상담가로서의 삶> 이었다.「전환점」은 <중독전문가 공부>, <회복자 상담가로 취업>, <환자에게 투영된 자신의 모습>이었고,「적응」은 <신의 뜻>으로 도출되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 알코올중독회복자 상담가들이 회복을 유지하고 관리할 수 있도록 실천방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the subjective experiences of the recovery counselors through oral data analysis by the life history research of counselors recovering from alcoholism. To accomplish this purpose, data were collected through in - depth interviews with counselors for alcohol addiction restorers. The collected data were analyzed based on the dimension of life, turning point, and adaptation based on the life history analysis framework proposed by Mandelbaum (1973). In the analysis of “dimension of life”, “life as alcoholic addict”, “life as restorer of alcohol addiction” and “life as counselor of alcohol addiction recovery”. The “turning point” was , , and “adaptation” was derived from . Based on the results of this study, the counseling practitioners of alcoholic addiction counselors suggested ways to maintain and manage the recovery.
