정신건강복지센터 조직환경이 사례관리수행에 미치는 영향 -직무수행동기와 직무수행태도의 매개효과를 중심으로-

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회 기초정신건강복지센터에 근무하는 사례관리자가 인식하는 정신건강복지센터의 조직 환경요인과 사례관리자의 동기와 태도가 사례관리 수행에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 자료의 수집을 위해 2018년 1월 15일부터 2월 2일까지 부산에 위치한 기초정신건강복지센터 16곳에 사례관리 직무를 수행하고 있는 사례관리자를 대상으로 전수조사를 실시하였으며 100부를 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 정신건강복지센터의 조직환경 요인이 내재적 동기를 매개로 하여 사례관리 수행에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 유의미한 영향력을 지니지 않는 것으로 나타났으며 정신건강복지센터의 조직환경 요인 중 직무수행태도를 매개로 하였을 때, 업무지침 명확성과 업무압박정도가 사례관리 수행에 유의미한 영향력을 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석 결과를 토대로 사례관리수행의 활성화를 위해 업무지침의 명확성과 기관 내 업무압박수준에 대한 관심을 향상 시킬 수 있는 방법으로 연구결과가 활용 될 수 있으며, 사례관리수행의 방안을 모색하는데 있어 기초자료로 사용되는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify empirically the effect of organizational environmental factors on mental health welfare center’s case management performance through mediation of motivation and attitude of work performance. To do this, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 100 mental health welfare centers in Busan, and analyzed the frequency, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and hierarchical regression according to Baron & Kenny’s (1986) Respectively. The results of this study were as follows. First, it was found that the organizational environment factors of mental health welfare center had no significant influence on case management performance through internal motivation of work performance. Second, the clarity of work guidelines and the degree of work pressure among the organizational environmental factors of the mental health welfare center have a significant influence on case management performance. Second, the clarity of work guidelines and the degree of work pressure had a significant influence on case management performance when mediated by attitude of work performance among organizational environment factors of mental health welfare center. Based on the above analysis results, policy and practical implications related to case management performance were suggested. The results of this study can be used as a way to improve the clarity of the work guidelines and the interest in the pressure level of the work in order to activate the case management performance.
