영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify effect of Dohsahou for posture & physical funtion improvement of cerebral spastic child. Subject was 8 cerebral spastic child, who participated intensive Dosahou Camp for 7-days. Each child(trainee) trained Dohsa(posture) exercises with trainer for 15 period(each period was composed of 50 minutes) under the supervision of supervisor. Effect of training were estimated by 7-grade rating scale and checked their variations by Schema of Body Dynamics. It was analyzed effect of Dohsahou by the statistic analysis mathod(paired-comparison t-test) and Schema of Body Dynamics. Result of this study were as follows. Inappropriate postures through tension were improved through Dohsahou, and child had a body awareness and self-adjustment. That is, the trainings of the relaxation motor action, sitting action, knee-standing action and standing action were improved cerebral spastic child s inappropriate postures. Moreover, through improvement of child s body awareness and self-adjustment, it was infered that Dohsahou were improved child s capability to cope with external stimulus.
