국문 초록

본 연구는 이미 성매매에 상습화된 청소년들이 처음 성매매에 유입하게 된 동기 및 경로, 그에 따른 문제점, 상습화에 따른 피해경험의 정도 등을 파악하고 분석함으로써 그들이 성매매에 빠져나오지 못하고 상습화 되는데 문제가 무엇인지 알아보고 공통점을 단계별로 분류하였다. 이를 통해 성매매 경험 전과 후의 청소년들의 삶의 과정과 변화를 살펴볼 수 있었고 단계별 질적분석을 통해 청소년 성매매 상습화과정이 어떠한 것인지 알아보고자 하였다. 청소년들이 성매매에 유입되는 이유는 주변 친구들의 영향과 돈의 유혹이 가장 커서 유입이 되었지만 자신의 의사와는 상관없이 쉽게 빠져나오지 못하는 구조를 가지고 있어서 그에 따른 신체·심리적인 폐해가 심각했다. 악순환되는 상습화를 중단하기 위해서는 결정적인 계기가 있어야 하며 그에 따른 본인의 노력과 의지가 필요하다. 청소년 성매매는 청소년시기 가치관 혼란과 무분별한 성상품화 현상 속에서 잘못된 판단으로 인해 일어날 수 있으며 자신의 성을 쉽게 생각하고 한 두번의 경험으로 끝낼 수 있다는 청소년들의 생각에서 비롯된다. 하지만 우리나라 성매매산업의 구조와 환경은 한번 발을 들여놓으면 빠져나올 수 없는 구조이므로 청소년들이 한순간의 잘못된 판단으로 성매매에 유입되지 않도록 유입 방지 및 상습화 예방이 중요할 것이다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 청소년 성매매의 상습화에 대한 예방적인 대책의 필요성에 대한 시사점과 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined why they cannot get out to prostitution, and to become habitual, and classified common points by steps through analyzing a motive and a pathway of inveterate young people s first experiences with prostitution, following problems and the degree of damage experienced while becoming a habitual prostitute. Also from this, the researcher could look over the changes in young-people s lives before and after having been a prostitute. In conclusion, the reason why young people are involved in prostitution is due to surrounding people and the temptation of money. But they cannot get out easily. Because of this kind of structural problem, they could get serious physical and psychological damage. There should be a crucial moment to quit prostitution s vicious cycle. Habitual prostitutes can be stopped with their effort and will. Young people s prostitution can be caused from wrong ideas and confusion in values and sexual commercialization and they have laid back ideas about a sex and they believe they can quit after one or two times. But our country s prostitution industrial structure and environment is not easy to escape from once they start. Prohibit an inflow and habitual prevention is important so as to not induce prostitution by young people s erroneous judgment. Study limitations, suggestions for the future study, and implications of this study are discussed.
