긍정적 원가족 경험, 자기자각, 역전이 관리능력과 상담자 발달의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 상담자 발달에 있어 상담자의 원가족 경험과 자기자각, 역전이 관리능력의 관계가 어떠한 관련이 있는지 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 서울ㆍ경기 소재의 공공기관 및 학교 상담실, 대학 학생생활상담 센터, 사설 상담센터 등에서 상담하고 있는 189명을 대상으로 원가족 경험척도, 상담자 발달수준척도, 역전이 관리능력 척도, 자기의식 척도를 사용하였다. 본 연구결과 역전이 관리능력이 높을수록 상담자 발달수준이 높으며 원가족 경험이 부정적일 경우, 사회적 불안이 높고, 역전이 관리능력과 상담자 발달 수준은 낮았다. 또한 긍정적인 원가족 경험은 역전이 관리능력과 자기자각, 상담자 발달수준이 높았다. 또한 긍정적인 원가족 경험과 사회불안관계에서 교육분석의 조절효과가 유의한 결과를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 상담자 교육에 대한 시사점과 제한점에 관해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the original family experience, self-awareness, counter transference management skills and counselor development. Expecially, this study examined the mediated moderating effects of self-awareness and counter transference management skills through level of taking counsel as a counselor on the relationship between the original family experience and counselor development. The subjects was the 189 people who are private, public and school counseling centers in Seoul and Gyeong-gi province. The result was the following. first, counselor development level was positively related with transference management skills, low social anxiety of self-awareness. A mediating role of counter transference management skills regarding the relationship between the original family experience and counselor development was found from a test of mediation with regression analysis. Also, the interaction effect analysis verified the statistically significant influence of the original family experience interacting with the level of taking counsel as a counselor on social anxiety. Practice and implications as well as further research were discussed for effective counselor education.
