국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 가임기간 중에만 발기가 되지 않는 결혼 2년차 남편(내담자)에 대한 가족치료 사례를 중심으로 발기부전에 영향을 미친 요인들을 발견하는데 있다. 연구자는 6회기의 상담축어록과 상담비디오, 상담일지 중심으로 개념들 간 지속적인 비교를 통하여 범주화하였다. 연구자는 내담자의 발기부전에 영향을 미친 요인들로서 개인적인 요인, 가족적인 요인, 그리고 문화적인 요인을 발견하였고 각각의 하위 요인에 대한 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인적인 요인에는 타인에게 높은 기준과제 수행에 대한 부담으로 생긴 부적응적 완벽주의 패턴으로 내담자의 타인의 평가와 기대에 민감하며 과제수행에 따른 불안, 이에 따른 지연행동이 포함되었다. 둘째, 가족적인 요인에는 형제 간 경쟁과 차별, 조건부적인 인정과 비난, 가부장적 권위에 대한 강요, 정서적 공감 부재가 포함되었다. 셋째, 문화적인 요인에는 한국의 학벌위주, 체면문화와 신분상승의 못다 이룬 꿈을 자녀로부터 대리만족하고자 하는 한의 정서와 가난에 대한 한이 포함되었다. 결론적으로 심인성 발기부전 증상을 가진 한국인 내담자를 위한 상담에서 치료자는 내담자의 개인적 요인, 가족적인 요인과 한국문화적인 요인을 고려할 필요가 있다고 보여 진다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to find out the factors affecting the erectile dysfunction of the husband (client) who did not get erection during fertility period. Methods: The researchers categorized from verbatim transcripts of the six sessions through continuous comparisons of the concepts and schematized the results through the matrix. Results: The study found personal factors, family factors, and cultural factors as factors causing the client s erectile dysfunction. The subfactors of each were as follows. First, personal factors included the patterns of maladaptive perfectionism caused by the burden due to others high standard on the task; in detail, sensitivity to the evaluation and expectation of others, and anxiety of task performance, following delayed behavior. Second, family factors included rivalry and discrimination against siblings, conditional recognition and condemnation, coercion of patriarchal authority, and lack of emotional empathy. Third, cultural factors included the emotion of sorrow resulting from Korean culture of academic cliques and saving face, and getting vicarious satisfaction of rise in social status through their children, and the sorrow of poverty. Conclusions: In conclusion, therapists need to consider the clients personal, family, and Korean cultural factors in counseling Korean clients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction.
