영문 초록

Giant cell tumor of skin and soft tissue is rare soft tissue tumor. When located predominantly in the dermis, giant cell tumor has been mistaken for benign histiocytoma and atypical fibroxanthoma. The author report the rare occurrence of a giant cell tumor of soft tissue occurring 2nd toe after trauma. After trauma, mass was grown and mistaken for keloid scar. Therefore, I suggest that giant cell tumor is discriminated from keloid in plastic surgery territory. I report my experience of giant cell tumor arising skin and soft tissue after trauma and the related literature was reviewed.
