유아교사의 문제행동지도 관련 국내연구 분석 -학술지 논문을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 문제행동 지도와 관련된 국내 연구를 분석하여 유아교사의 문제행동 지도역량을 강화시킬 교사교육 프로그램을 위한 기초자료로 활용하기 위한 것이다. 2000년 이후에 국내에서 발표된 학술지 논문 중에 교사의 문제행동 지도에 대한 연구 43개를 분석대상 논문으로 선정하였다. 연도별, 주제별, 연구방법별로 논문의 수와 결과를 분석하였고, 이 중 문제행동 지도를 위한 교사교육 프로그램에 대한 실험연구와 실행연구의 연구 참여자, 연구방법, 그리고 교사교육 프로그램의 내용을 세부적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2013년 이후 부터 문제행동 지도관련 논문들이 증가하였으며, 양적연구가 주로 이루어졌다. 둘째, 문제행동 지도 관련 변인연구와 인식연구가 교사교육 연구보다 많이 발표되었다. 셋째, 교사들은 문제행동 지도를 어려워하였고 교사교육과 부모협력에 대한 요구도가 높았다. 넷째, 문제행동 지도와 관련된 변인들은 교사의 전문성, 정서지능, 사회적지지, 자아탄력성 등이다. 다섯째, 교사교육 프로그램은 멘토링, 전문가와의 협력적 실행연구, 동료교사와의 학습공동체의 형태로 이루어졌으며 문제행동 지도에 대한 교사의 인식과 실제를 변화시키는데 효과적이었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to review the literature related to problem behavior management of early childhood teachers and use it as the primary data for a professional development program. Forty-three articles on problem behavior management published in domestic journals since 2000 were selected. The selected paper were analyzed by year, subject, and research method. Among them, action research on teacher education programs for problem behavior guidance were analyzed by research participants, the contents of the teacher education program, research methods were analyzed in detail. The findings are as follow: First, studies on problem behavior management of early childhood teachers have increased since 2013. Most of them are quantitative research studies. Second, more number of studies were conducted on problem behavior management related variables than studies on teacher education. Third, studies were centered on the issues of teachers’ difficulties in managing young children’s behavior and their needs for teacher-parent cooperation. Forth, related variables to teachers’ effective strategies for problem behavior management strategies included teachers’ professionalism, emotional competencies social support, and self-resilience. Fifth, effective teacher education programs consisted of mentoring, collaborative action research with experts, and cooperative learning community with peer teachers which have influences on changing teachers’ perceptions and practices of problem behavior management.
