국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 자기주도 학습 능력 향상을 돕는 진로ㆍ학습코칭 시스템의 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 문헌조사를 통해 자기주도 진로?학습코칭의 구성 요인을 도출하였으며, 구성요인에 대한 타당화 검증을 위해 현직 교사 40명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 청소년의 자기주도 학습 능력 향상을 위해 교육현장에서 실제 적용 가능한 진로?학습코칭 시스템의 모형을 개발하였으며, 박사학위 소지자로 관련분야에서 5년 이상 활동한 3인의 전문가를 대상으로 모형의 안면 타당화를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 모형은 청소년으로 하여금 스스로 독립적인 인간으로 성공할 수 있도록 올바른 진로 설정을 하는 진로탐색시스템과 자기주도 학습시스템 그리고 서포트 방법인 코칭시스템이 결합된 통합시스템으로 현장적용을 통한 실천적 특징을 갖는 것으로 평가될 수 있다. 본 모형을 토대로 교육계의 교수자들이 쉽게 배우고 간단하게 적용할 수 있는 진로ㆍ학습코칭 프로그램 개발과 효능검증을 후속연구로 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop Program for careerㆍlearning coaching system model helping self-directed learning ability enhancement of youth. In order to achieve the research purpose, the constituent factors of self-directed careerㆍlearning coaching system was drawn through literature investigation. A survey was performed for the propriety verification about the constituent factors for 40 teachers. The structure chart of the system needing for self-directed learning ability enhancement of youth was presented and careerㆍlearning coaching model which it is actually applicable in the spot of education was developed. The propriety of a model was performed to target the expert of 3 people which is active as the doctorate degree holder in related field more than 5 years. The model developed in this study is estimated to have the practical feature through field application as the integrated system in which the career search system setting the right career in order to succeed by oneself as the stand-alone human to youth, and self-directed learning system and the coaching system that is supporting method are combined. The careerㆍlearning coating program development in which the teachers of the educational world could learn easily based upon this model and which it can apply simply were premised with the subsequent study.
