직업재활시설내 시각장애근로자 직업유지에 관한 태도연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 직업재활시설내 시각장애근로자의 직업유지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 시설 유형에 따른 시각장애근로자의 직업유지요인 및 특성을 분석하는데 있다. 연구결과분설을 통해 도출된 결론은 첫째, 일반적 특성에 따른 직업유지요인에서 차이를 보이는 것은 연령, 학력, 재직기간. 장애원인, 장애로 인한 불편함 여부 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업유지에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 문제해결정도, 대인관계기술, 직무능력, 직무만족도, 가족의 지지, 고용주ㆍ직장동료의 지지가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었고, 전체요인별 분석에서는 사회환경적 지지가 유의미한 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타났고 사회기술능력, 직무기술능력은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 시설유형에 따른 직업유지요인 분석에서는 전체적으로 근로/보호작업시설이 작업활동시설에 비해 자아존중감, 문제해결정도, 대인관계기술 등의 사회기술능력이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 직무기술능력에서도 직무능력과 직업적응에서 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사회환경적지지에서는 작업활동시설이 전문가의 지지, 고용주ㆍ직장동료의 지지에서 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The present study purposed to identify factors affecting the job maintenance of visually handicapped workers at vocational rehabilitation facilities. and to analyze the characteristics of visually handicapped workers job maintenance factors according to facility types. This study assumed that factors affecting job maintenance are social skills. vocational skills and socio-environmental factors. For this study. a questionnaire survey was distributed and completed by 126 visually handicapped workers working at vocational rehabilitation facilities throughout the country as of February 2006. The current researcher performed frequency analysis and X2-test to examine the general characteristic of the subjects and the distribution of facilities by types. t-test to determine differences in job maintenance factors according to facility type, ANOVA to determine differences in the factors according to general characteristics. and regression analysis to identify factors affecting job maintenance. Collected data were statistically processed using SPSS 12.0. Conclusions drawn from the results of this study are as follows. First, differences in job maintenance factors were ovserved according to age, academic qualification, job experience, the cause of disability, the degree of inconvenience caused by disability. Second. socio-environmental factors appeared to have a significant effect on job maintenance. Third, in the analysis of job maintenance factors according to facility type. Labor working/protection facilities appeared to be more positive than working activity facilities in each factor.
