국문 초록

본 연구는 기존 문헌에 대한 고찰과 근로장애인 및 구직장애인 대상의 조사를 통해 국내 장애인들의 재활보조기구활용 실태 및 서비스 욕구를 파악하여 국내 직업재활 영역에서의 보조공학 서비스 접목을 위한 기초자료를 확보하고자 하는 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 보조공학의 개념과 국내 현황, 직업상황에서의 보조공학 활용, 직업조정과 보조공학에 대 한 선행 문헌을 분석ㆍ정리를 하는 동시에 국내 장애인들의 직업재활 관련 보조기구 활용 실태, 관련 서비스에 대한 욕구를 파악하는 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또한 양적 조사의 부족한 부분을 보완하기 위한 심층 면접을 병행 실시하였다. 연구 조사 결과 체계적인 보조공학 서비스의 제공을 위한 정보제공과 홍보의 강화, 보조기구 지원 사업 등 서비스의 수행이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 관련 인프라의 구축도 시급한 것으로 조사되었다.

영문 초록

This study is to obtain the fundamental data for the development of assistive technology service in the Korean vocational rehabilitation fields by identifying the actual situation and service needs concerning utilization of assistive technology devices through the previous studies review and the survey on the workers with disabilities and job seeking people with disabilities. For this. the previous literatures concerning the concept of assistive technology. present state of assistive technology service in Korea. utilization level of assistive technology devices in job situation. and concept of job accommodation were investigated and analysed and. at the same time. a questionnaire survey was actually conducted to identify the current utilization state of job adaptive devices and the needs of Korean people with disabilities toward the related services. In order to compensate the weak points of the quantitative study. a in-depth interview technique was used simultaneously. The results of this study revealed that the strengthening of information provision and public relation activities and the financial assistance for the systematic assistive technology service was necessary and the construction of the related infra like a service delivery system was urgently needed.
