발명교사교육센터 연수 프로그램 분석 및 평가

국문 초록

이 연구는 발명교사교육센터 연수 프로그램의 분석 및 평가를 통해 발명교사교육 표준에 기초한 연수 프로그램 내용을 파악하고, 현재 운영되고 있는 발명교사교육센터의 향후 과제에 대해 제언하고자 하였다. 발명교사교육센터 연수 프로그램은 수도권, 중부권, 동남권, 서남권의 각 발명교사교육센터에서 운영한 직무연수 프로그램을 말하며, 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 발명교사교육센터 설립 후 3개년 간 운영된 수도권, 중부권, 동남권, 서남권 각 센터의 연수 프로그램을 분석하였다. 2013년부터 설립·운영된 수도권, 중부권, 동남권, 서남권의 발명교사교육센터 연수프로그램을 분석한 결과 다음의 결론을 확인하였다. 첫째, 권역별 발명교사교육센터는 발명교사교육 표준에서 발명내용학 중 창의성 계발, 발명 프로젝트, 지식재산과 특허 출원 영역을, 발명교육학 중 발명교육의 기초, 발명교육 프로그램 개발, 발명 교수 학습, 발명 활동 지도 영역을 대부분의 연수과정에서 포함하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이들 영역은 실제 발명에서 중시되는 요소이며 또한 발명교육 수행과 밀접한 관련이 있는 영역들로, 현장에서 발명교육을 실천하는 교사의 연수 후 현업적용도를 향상시키기 위함을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 권역별 발명교사교육센터는 중점적으로 강조하는 영역에서 차이가 있었다. 이는 발명교사교육센터가 위치한 지역 인프라와 권역별 발명사교육센터의 특색에 따른 것으로, 비중있게 다루는 영역의 차이는 있으나 발명교사교육 표준에 기초하여 연수 프로그램을 기획하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to understand the training program contents based on the invention teacher education standard and also to suggest the future task of currently operating Invention Education Center for Teacher(IECT) through the analysis and evaluation of the training program of IECT. The training program of IECT means the job training program operated by each IECT in the capital area, central part, southeast part, and southwest part. In order to achieve the objective of this study, the training program of each center operated for three years since the foundation in the capital area, central part, southeast part, and southwest part was analyzed. In the results of analyzing the training program of IECT established in 2013 in the capital area, central part, southeast part, and southwest part, the conclusion was verified like below. First, most of the training course of IECT in each zone included development of creativity, invention project, and intellectual property & patent application among invention content studies, and also basics of invention education, development of invention education program, invention teaching/learning, invention activity instruction among invention pedagogy. As elements considered as important in the actual invention, these areas are closely related to performance of invention education, which is to improve the application to the actual work-site after completing the training. Second, IECT in each zone showed differences in areas for emphasis. Such differences are based on the characteristics of each center and also local infrastructure where centers are located. However, the training program was planned based on the standard of invention teacher education.
